Not the first time this happened to me at this spot. But definitely the last. I call in and ask if there is availability. Sure enough they tell me to come in. I show up and wait 30 minutes. Then another guy shows up without an appointment and skips the line ahead of me. Last time that happened I thought maybe it was an accident. This time the two barbers literally had that conversation right in front of me. They literally took the dude who just walked 5 minutes ago. Like I haven't been waiting for 30 minutes. I've always gone to this barber shop. Today while waiting I took my kids in the restroom. Changing my babies diaper, the door of the restroom was open, by one of the employees. They were banging on the door while I stated "I'm changing the babies diaper".Mind you there's no diaper changing table. The man with the long bear who works here. Was very rude to us. Can even change the baby peace I understand he needed to go, he has to wait till I finish. He was banging on the restroom it scared me. My boys got scared as well. This is unacceptable. As I go out there's no apology just saying under his breath I got to go. And looks at us with an expression that was not pleasant! Hopefully this never happens again . Spoke to a guy that said was ok to go in at 12:20pm and ask for Mike or Miguel. Husband was there with son for a good 20 mins since before 12:20. He was super irritated so left! Seemed pretty races! This is a great spot if you want a barber. $15 for a man's haircut. The place is nicer than 90% of the barbershops out there. It has two huge leather couches with three big flat screen TVs that can be seen while you get your hair cut. The space is spacious and there is a ton of parking in the parking lot. do not come as walk in. not worth the inaccurate estimated wait time. I completely understand that walk ins have to wait but if you say you have time and give an estimate that is quite different than being truthful and just saying we are packed and it's better to come another day.
