She even offered to chat over the phone, which I really appreciated. Dianne graciously squeezed me into her schedule. I met with her that Saturday, showed her the dress and explained the alterations I needed, and left it in her capable hands. When I picked it up, I was absolutely blown away. The quality of her work was incredible--honestly some of the most beautiful alteration work I've ever seen, especially given the short turnaround time. The dress fit perfectly, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Beyond her talent, Dianne is genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional. She made the entire experience stress-free, which meant a lot to me since I've never been a huge fan of wearing dresses in the first place. She left multiple pins in the veil and a dress seam. Lastly, I was willing to pay for someone experienced, but the bustle she made me was a single hook and broke within minutes. After hemming the dress, the edges were uneven and I ended up having to suggest a solution to repair the dress. Overall I would NOT go back to her again, I found her disorganized, overcommitted, and someone who underdelivers.
