I had been receiving Candid…read moretreatment at this office and had generally intended to finish my treatment despite some earlier communication issues. There was confusion regarding my treatment and a voicemail I received about trays. I later met with the office manager to clear things up, and although we remembered parts of the situation differently, I went out of my way to apologize for the confusion (even though this was clearly not just on my end) and thought we had agreed to move forward. At my next appointment, instead of discussing my treatment, the dentist immediately became confrontational. He told me that "his entire staff" thought I complained every time I came into the office. Which is not true, I have mentioned it to the hygienist due to sensitivity or joked to staff to take the bare minimum off because I hate the feeling of an ipr. I have never criticized the dentist. I simply have concerns about one tooth. I was also told previously that an assistant had reported I used profanity on a phone call, something I genuinely do not believe I said, and the manager had not personally heard it. (Also went in with a smile on my face, with contractions and days away from giving birth. Because I wasn't seeking any form of drama.) As a patient, I found it upsetting that staff opinions were being presented to me rather than focusing on my care. When I tried to explain that there seemed to have been communication issues, I was interrupted. The conversation took place in front of my young child. I left without completing my treatment because I no longer felt comfortable or respected. Patients should be able to ask questions, express concerns about sensitivity, and seek clarification without feeling labeled as a "complainer." I also am not, nor ever said that I am seeking perfection. I requested another set of trays because we paid a lot of money for these and I have spent a lot of time to quit now. So again making me feel like I am asking too much for basic care. I hope the office reflects on how patients are spoken to, especially when misunderstandings occur. Respectful communication goes a long way. Assuming the worst in someone, without clarifying, is not a good like for any business, especially in medical.

She was able to keep his mind occupied enough to somehow accomplish this whereas another dentist had already said they would have to give him a shot to attempt it. I have taken my son(now 13) to the since he first got teeth and he loves the dentist! He isn't an easy patient either since he is a super grinder and grinds out his fillings! Always amazing and sweet their entire staff is so helpful and caring! I've gone to her myself and am terrified of dentist work and she was also able to keep me calm and comfortable throughout my visits! Absolutely recommend this place for any age and issues, even extreme anxiety cases! If your looking for a dentist, this is an amazing place to choose! A+++

Due to my spouses health some of their dental needs are a little weird, he didn't even raise an eyebrow just went "okay, let's make a plan that works". Then he eased my daughter's fears so great and even got her excited to go back. I had to have some teeth removed yesterday, I have very fragile teeth and don't take numbing well. He numbed me up so well my nose was numb . 4 teeth, 5 stiches, and 20 minutes later I was done. This morning I'm a little bruised, but I'm not in agony like I've been with other extractions. From normal dental needs, emergency needs, immuno/cancer needs, to odd issues like mine Dr. White at priority dental is amazing! His staff is friendly also. Plus your not out 3 months for help.

After six months if mouth sores from a faulty denture after 4 teeth in back being extracted…read more Biweekly appointment. They filed down my top denture plate to fit the bottom plate they made. Paid them for a bottom plate not to touch top plate they ruined my top denture when asking them to make a new plate for the bottom and complaining about the fit stated I would get a second oppion . Dr Bauer took the bottom denture told Mr to go some place else gave me a refund check unsigned. Staff was always pleasant but the dentist did not listen. Took offense that I stated I would get a second oppion as my medical Dr recommended. Denture was so faulty all the sores raised my blood preasure. I received a unsigned refund check they ruined my top denture trying to make their faulty bottom denture to fit. At one time I would of gave oil city Dentistry a 5 Stat rating. Past experience a one star is to much. Don't recomend them for dentures or implants​

I am a good client, diligent with my cleanings and oral care. On one of my first visits my hygienist was instructed to take a full set of x-rays ie the front teeth. After speaking with other hygienists I discovered was not a necessity. But $250 or so later after an In-Network Insurance paid, I was stuck with that bill. I decided to try another dental office in Casper for my next cleaning, so we had the x-rays sent over. Upon receiving said x-rays the hygienist could see a cavity on one of my back teeth.....so basically all the x-rays that were taken weren't even looked at. Now I am paying off not one but TWO cavities because it was not caught in the first place. I'm sad to say I will not be back

A year later, she gave me a referral to see an endodontist over the same tooth, believing it to need a root canal. If she had looked at it longer than 10 seconds a year prior, I could have avoided this. She based needed fillings off a year old x-ray, claiming new x-rays would be an unnecessary expense. As someone with severe dental anxiety, she was very condescending towards me. Her office did not inform me that Nitrous wasn't going to be available at my latest appointment, though I specifically insisted that fact be placed in my file. As a personal rule, I do not return to dentists who have made me cry, so I will not be returning here ever again.
