Also real real good at explaining what would happen, what did happen, what would happen next, etc. The whole staff was very good at helping me stay as calm as possible before the surgeries. Almost no pain except the novocain needle pricks (and then of course after I got home). Dr. Dayton is the only Periodontist in town, but I would go back to him before I would go out of town for the same surgery.

She made calls and assured me that they were in the dental network. I made two initial payments of totaling about $400. After a few months had gone by, I received a bill for $467+ . The insurance only paid $38.00 because they were not actually in the network of Trout Dental. Times are difficult financially, which was the reason I preferred a dentist in the network. When I received a threatening letter for payment, I immediately texted the dental office staff were not empathetic nor understanding at all. Today, I received a collection notice. I read other reviews before attempting to write this to find out that this has happened often. My suggestion to anyone going to Brook Trout make sure your insurance is accepted to the fullest otherwise, you will be footing an unexpected bill. Really sad because the Dentist is one of the nicest people to encounter.
