My daughter was in ICU so obviously, I'm not leaving her bedside, and I get it. people lie, but as a long term customer. (coming since at the BOA building) It wouldve been nice to see some form of compassion. She told me and I quote "Well you should've told me so I could've had someone else fill that spot". I was disappointed, but business is business. It wouldve been comforting to see her at least try to reschedule or PRETEND TO CARE! . This morning I was doing my hair in the room next door and it went over time. This time, she said "you should've said something earlier, so I could've filled in the spot, but you just sat there" That was a trigger for me as it reminded me of last year when she said that same thing after I explained my situation. Actually made me tear up. What happened to compassion? I drive all the way from palm beach because i love to see my sisters excel, and both ladies there do a great job.
