They wouldn't move my appointment either without the $25 penalty. The rigid policy seems extreme, given it was my first time. Their menu says 1 hour but it's actually only 50 minutes so minus 1 for that as it feels misleading. The front desk girls are really rude and unbelievably unhelpful. They'll say whatever they need to to get you in and when you arrive if you don't get what you asked for her response will be "i don't know what to tell you" so another ding for me for being misleading yet again. The massage itself was subpar. The masseuse never asked me about pressure and rushed through the massage so another minus 1 for service. Vibe is pretty shabby. Sheets are not soft and the massage oil is cold. i wouldn't never go back here.
