I was billed $700 total for my visit which part of was due to a "telemed" and "follow-up" visit as I was told by a rep. Both were untrue as it was all within one singular, 10-minute visit and it was in-person. I confronted the office about this via phone and email - I received no response. I continue to get spam calls from Vanguard regarding this bill and every time a different representative tells me to speak with the office about my issue, which I already have to no avail. I would never recommend this site nor this doctor to anybody.

Could have saved at least 2 weeks of very limited mobility and painkillers. Shorty after the procedure, I went from relying on a knee scooter or CAM boot every day to wearing regular sneakers. He explained the PRP is rich in stem cells which speed up the healing process, decrease pain, and reduce scarring. Highly recommended.
