The location doesn't look like much from the outside since it's tucked away in a shopping center, but once you walk through the doors, it is incredibly peaceful, clean, and smells amazing. We were greeted immediately by very polite and welcoming staff. Our massages were done by Jenny and Vivian, and they were absolutely extraordinary. These ladies definitely know what they are doing! They targeted the exact areas I mentioned were hurting, and my boyfriend asked for deep tissue, which he definitely got. The therapist's technique, perfect pressure, and knowledge of exactly how to stretch the muscles was delightful. We also chose to upgrade to the hot stones, which was a fantastic added touch. With such perfect pricing and a team that truly understands the art of massage, we will definitely be back.

After trying repeatedly, someone finally picked up the phone 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time had already passed. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, Alani, immediately claimed they never received any calls and basically told me there was nothing she could do. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern for the fact that I had spent all day trying to reach them. It's unacceptable for a business to ignore calls all day and then refuse to help when their lack of communication causes a problem. The receptionist was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed. Instead, the conversation repeatedly focused on the cancellation policy and fee, without any effort to explore an alternative solution or accommodate a reschedule. Better communication and customer service in this situation would have been greatly appreciated!

Even when I'm traveling and get a massage somewhere else, it never compares to the quality and care I receive at Serenity. Rozzie and Jose are both incredible at what they do. They don't just give you a standard massage and send you on your way. They take the time to really understand your needs, ask what has been bothering you, and focus on the areas that need the most attention. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their clients feel better. Rozzie has been amazing at helping me with the tension and discomfort from my neck injuries. She knows exactly where to focus and somehow always works her magic. I leave feeling such a difference! Jose is phenomenal when it comes to deep tissue massage. He really knows how to work out the knots and get into those areas that need extra attention. My sister lives out of state, and every single time she comes to town, she makes sure to schedule an appointment with Jose because she says she cannot find anyone where she lives who even compares to his skills! After more than 8 years of coming here, I can confidently say Serenity Massage is in a league of its own. Rozzie and Jose are incredibly skilled, attentive, and genuinely care about what each client needs. If you're looking for more than just a relaxing massage and want someone who really listens to your body and addresses what's bothering you, I cannot recommend them enough!

I went to see her again just last week and she treated me with indifference. When I arrived at the business, she was in a bad mood. She didn't say hi to me. The first thing she said, was that I woke her up. This was around 5pm. I couldn't believe that she said that, and didn't greet me properly. Then, before entering the room, she requested the $70 upfront llike last time for the hour massage. So I gave it to her. Then I went into the room alone, and waited about 10 minutes until she got back. When she entered the room, I showed her the time and told her I had an from that time. She said no, that the time started 10 minutes ago, when I had paid her the $70 outside of the room. So, I said the time should start when she came back into the room when she was ready to start the massage. That upset me, in addition to her bad attitude when she told me that I woke her up. So, I told her to give me back the house money because I was being mistreated. She gave me back the money, and I left. That was no way to treat a good paying customer. If u think about it, in the service industry u don't even get charged money, before u are provided with service‍ But, that wasn't the issue, since all the asian massage places charge before providing sservice. Her mistake was that she said the time started when I paid her, not when she came back to the room 10 minutes later.
