Once you climb the stairs they've really done a great job fitting the place out. The music, smells, decor etc is just like a nice massage place in Thailand. Both my wife and I had a great massage - (they have single and couple rooms). When the hour is up they give you a nice hot tea as well. They also give you a receipt for a health fund rebate which makes them even more affordable. At the moment its probably the best value massage in the area.

It's the after service, when I came to pay the bill on previous occasions they always gave me a receipt to claim back the massage on my health fund but this time explained to me that health funds are becoming strict & only certain massage can be claimed. This wasn't the problem, it was more so how it was delivered to me, completely lacked any tack and being a regular customer I felt completely jilted. The experience made me feel cheap & I was fine with no receipt to claim back if that's the rules but the passive aggressive nature of the conversation just lost them a valued customer.

A soothing 15-minute foot bath and scrub that uses your foot's reflex point to stimulate blood circulation; 3. A15-minute Thai herbal sauna The massage was hypnotic; I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep! The sauna is in an authentic Thai-style hut and the herb really gets under the pores of your skin, leaving it supple and smooth. The staff were very attentive but also knew when to leave us alone so we could catch up on girly goss. While the massage itself felt wonderful, they don't use aromatic oils or lotions - they basically use tiger bomb- hope the medicine-like smell doesn't bother you. I broke out in hives later that night, and I think it may have been the oversized pants they had me wear during my massage. Personally I prefer just going naked, but that wasn't an option here. It was only $65 for 1 hour, so that was pretty cool. But I would pay more for silence & clear skin... I will not be returning. Random side note: The tea they serve is awesome. Last week went for a massage with a Korean lady called Hana (Hannah) and the massage was so rough and hard she had no idea on how to read a customer. The massage was so hard that I was moving and jumping that she did not even ask if I was ok or if it was too hard so the massage could be adjusted. I complained to the reception and all they could do is appologise. Even the extra service she became tired and complained her arms where getting sore and in the end gave up and said time is up. Then here's the catch, don't pay by card, they slap on a 10% surcharge. I wanted my comlaint to be escalated and all they said was they are sorry and accept the feedback and Jacob the manager would return a call to me. To this day almost a week after no return call. The massage itself was so hard that I ended up with buising for days. Avoid this business, they do not care about customer service, and it appears it's about money more than professionlism.
