He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. I had already had this company changed my pool filter and converted to saltwater and now I have to wonder if I even needed a new pool pump?
