One window frame and the garage backdoor frame had to be completely reconstructed. Mr. Rogers Windows (another great company) Installers installed new windows and the rear garage door. Their installers claimed the DB Construction repairmen had done such a good job with the window / door framing, that their installation was a breeze. You deal directly with Deanna, the company President, as your Project Manager. She followed-up on every stage of the project. A wonderful person to do business with. Her teams were very courteous and professional; ensuring we knew what each step was and when it would be accomplished. The job included new framing, new drywall, and new sparkle on the drywall. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. We'll be calling Deanna for our next project.

This is when (much like the references in the other one star review) communication began to suffer greatly, and eventually stopped, ALL TOGETHER, once we asked for our money back. We got ONE phone call, then we were ghosted completely. We called and sent messages through their website. Nothing. Keep in mind that we can prove that nothing had been purchased for this project. NO REASON for not returning my money. Seems pretty shady. So, this "Veteran Owned" company, has completely shafted a 100% permanently and totally disabled veteran. Our deck is an absolute safety hazard for my wife and I. I made that clear in one of the messages I sent. That I needed my money to get my deck fixed before someone got hurt. Nothing. Steer clear unless you're independently wealthy and care nothing of morals. Also, if you look, you will see that I write a good number of positive reviews, so don't think this is a one off. Mr. Eric Fox was our Sales representative. He arrived on time, had an ID, introduced himself. His Sales presentation was excellent and was a credit to this company. He was courteous, complete, knowledgeable and gained our interest. He impressed us, stepped outside to give us time to decide. ( I don't like pushey Salesmen ). We invited him back in and proceeded to make the purchase. The crew led by Mikey, Ivan and Arrow arrived on time. They began to remove the front complete front door in closure and one did the same to the Kitchen Window. The men arrived on time, producing ID, introduction and worked diligently.
