Dr. Smith took payments from me for services from January through July and then billed my insurance after my deductible was met. My insurance company sent Dr. Smith payment in August for all the services I had already paid. I talked to Dr. Smith several times about refunding me the money since it was rightfully mine and was told after a few weeks to print all my EOBs and bring them in. At that point, I decided to leave and sent Dr. Smith a letter with all the dates of service that he had been overpaid, and again I requested a refund. To date (four months later), I have only received one payment for a quarter of the money I am owed.

With other Chiropractors that I've worked with in the past, it felt like an "in and out" procedure - a quick adjustment, and no extra care. I was simply there to be given the minimum adjustment, and get the next patient on the table, like cattle. Collect their check and be done. Dr. Paul was the exact opposite of this. He took the time necessary to give me a full adjustment. He adjusted areas that had never been by the others - ankles, wrists, hands and feet. I feel great, and I'm quite satisfied! I'm so glad I made the switch, and sheerly by coincidence. His offices are hidden in plain site - so I never knew they were there. Perhaps one of Waterford's best kept secrets?
