Be ready to get taken for $4500! lots of promises and now I have worse neck issues since going there. They will take you in the back room with x-rays telling you you need all these services that cost $5000. When you are and chronic pain we will try anything. After doing the services for a couple months, nothing had improved. I told him I was not happy and he told me to leave and then tried to charge me for my x-rays. I am out $4500 and I am an even more pain. I would not suggest this place! Total scam to pay for their house on the lake! read more

was very excited about my first appointment at this establishment today..... until i walked in and found not ONE employee wearing a mask, not even an "under the nose" or "on the chin" (which is equally as disrespectful). i started to fill out paperwork and then realized they were trying to get me to sign a waiver that stated if i contracted COVID-19 in their facility, they could not be held accountable. my signatures came to a screeching halt as i handed them back to the receptionist and told her upon reading the COVID waiver, i didn't feel comfortable and would be leaving. this is the last thing i would expect when walking into a MEDICAL facility. i am utterly disappointed. read more

11/3/2022 - I had threw out my back by picking up a bag of dog food out of my truck. I was an agonizing pain. In the immediate hunt for chiropractors in my area. I found that not a lot of people were open. Painless chiropractic was able to get me in and take care of me as soon as possible. They were extremely thorough with explaining to me what may be the cause of my issue, and how they intend to do to figure out what was wrong with me. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The doctor did an amazing job instructing and adjusting me into place. I feel confident that they will continue to take good care of me, and Will eventually resolve my issue. read more

Yikes! I just moved to the area and was really excited to get a new chiropractor--until I had my first visit. I walked in to see the entire front desk was maskless. I asked if the chiropractor would be wearing a mask, and I was informed that he would if I requested. What? There's a pandemic and the doctors aren't taking it seriously here? What does that say about their cleaning habits and how they act outside of the workplace? I met with the chiropractor and he seemed very uninterested in helping me. He spoke very quickly, didn't give me much time to answer questions, seemed very rushed, and just acted like he didn't care at all. I went home and decided I would not be coming back, but I would be visiting again to pick up my records. Before I came back, Gov Whitmer announced her new Executive Order requiring all patrons to wear masks inside of businesses that must be enforced. When I came back, the front staff wore no masks. The staff in the back had masks n the person, but not around their face. What is going on here? This is supposed to be a field that believes in science and cares about health, but they act the opposite. Such a disappointment. If you believe in science and care about your health, do not use this chiropractor. read more

The price certainly isn't painless! I went to the business website first and saw that there was free consultations and that is why I decided to visit this place. When I got there they took my insurance information and my ID, I then went into the back room where I watched a video. Then I went into another room where they talked to me and told me there x-ray machine wasn't working and that is was "my lucky day" and that I would receive a brief adjustment because the x-ray was not working. After the adjustment they told me that it was going to cost over $100.00 and there was a sign that stated I had to pay at right away. There was no informed consent to these charges as I was not aware of the cost beforehand. When I complained about it they acted like I was just trying to getting something free which is not the case, I just feel like this is, at the least, a dishonest act, or, it may also be a bait and switch tactic. read more

Beginning chiropractic care at Painless was an excellent decision. As a registered nurse, I work long hours, almost entirely on my feet, on a hard floor. Combine that with transferring patients for 12.5 hours a day, sometimes 3 days in a row, my back takes a beating. Many days my legs were so sore, you'd see me limp. That leg fatigue is completely gone! With the scoliosis getting corrected, my hips and neck are much less painful. I wish I would have started sooner. The staff is amazing; incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the gals in the office. My daughter has begun going as well.
