I mean everyday no matter what. The owner is also phenomenal and very caring for the clients. This place doesn't just want your money like 90% of these places do. Also,they close at a certain time and everyone knows that these places lock their doors when its closing time and you simply will not get your medicine on that day if you are 1 minute late. No exceptions. Well,this place understands life gets in the way sometimes and accidents happen on the road that cause an unplanned delay,etc.. so they have allowed me in up to 5 minutes after closing time to come in with calling ahead of time. Its these little things that make me feel welcomed and make me feel at home and cared about. The head counselor is a big sports guy like me so everyday we chat it up about sports a few minutes. It's the little things. Again,I have the utmost respect for this place and the amazing people running it everyday. If you're scheduled to work 7am-7pm with a client they will call you to cover for someone else even after you worked that long shift & if you turn it down that goes as a strike against you. I would not let majority of the caregivers care for me or my family members. While the manager Matthew is friendly & hospitable the other office assistants lack training or know how in management.
