Eyes wide shut! I had Scott Bane inspect the home I bought at 2118 Poplar St Erie, PA when I was…read morestill in Florida. This clown is the BANE of home inspectors. He said there was no insulation in the attic but, when I got up to Erie to take possession, I found the attic had blown in insulation throughout the entire attic! He said the microwave didn't work but it works fine. He said the soffits are wood but they are aluminum wrapped. He did not notice that 3 pieces of fascia were missing. He said the exterior casing on the windows were mostly all wood and needed scraped and painting; actually all but one window is aluminum wrapped. Luckily most of these things were better than he said but how can you believe a word this man says when he doesn't even open his eyes?
