We've requested specific songs to be played that is not the most well-known, but he always manages to get people back immediately with the next one. We also had a surprise twist in our first dance and he manages the music for that perfectly. The lighting management was perfect as well. The communication throughout with the staff at Exclusively Entertainment and Shawn was professional and efficient. If you want to have a blast at your wedding with minimal effort, I'd recommend Exclusively Entertainment.

The trial didn't happen the day it was originally scheduled which was my fault but I do think it could have been prevented. Basically, I was running late and then couldn't find the place, and no one was answering the provided phone number I kept calling. I finally found it, but it was 2 minutes past the grace time so the artist had left. Thankfully, they made it easy to reschedule (though my remarking on not being too late had they answered the phone went ignored). The trial itself went great! Gloria understood my style and gave me exactly what I wanted. I walked away feeling comfortable and excited. Two weeks before the big day, I email asking for a day-of number and a reminder on how to pay the final invoice. They just gave me the main number no one answered last time I called, and said I'd get the invoice week-of. Fast forward to three days before the wedding. I double-checked my contract and it said the final payment was due no later than 72 hours before the service and here I am at the 76 hour mark with no invoice. So I email asking them for the invoice. No response. I call, no response, I email again...you get the idea. THANK GOD I had Gloria's number. She responded she'd be there, she DID show up, did my hair and makeup beautifully and in a timely manner, too. I didn't hear back from Judy until last night (the Monday after) and it was just the invoice (and it was wrong). No apology for the lack of responses this week, nothing. I was fully expecting to be left without a hair and makeup artist all last week. I 10000% recommend Gloria as a hair and makeup artist, but only if you can get to her without going through Judy.

Ruined Corporate Event - review from Corporate Event Manager:…read more Stylist No-Show: Artist A was a scheduled stylist but did not show up on event date and there was never notice of her cancellation. Additionally, a same-day no-show gave me no time to shift the schedule around and communicate to our guests in advance. Stylist Limitations: Per the schedule provided by JSL, each Stylist could commit to both hair & makeup service, however, Artist B was able to provide makeup services only. As a result, our guests could not be serviced in a single instance by the same Stylist and this interruption in flow (because the timing between Artist B & Artist C could not sync up perfectly) really delayed everything. Ultimately, the volume of scheduled appointments was too high based on the services that could be provided. Had this been communicated in advance, we would have scheduled our group differently. Communication from JSL Services: Communication from JSL Services was not timely, and we had to follow up a few times about the schedule proposal. Additionally, JSL Services was asked multiple times to review the schedule assignments in advance and verify that all scheduled Stylists were accounted for, and to let us know if there were any issues or concerns. This did not happen, creating confusion and worry onsite, based on the developments noted above. As a result, our schedule was negatively impacted on event date, inconveniencing majority of our guests and causing many of them to be tardy to a very high-level event, that required security clearance, at an off-site property from where the JSL services were provided. After going back and forth with Judy, she eventually agreed to honor a partial refund due to our experience, but this request was only met after threatening to escalate to our internal Legal department to resolve the matter. The Artists were talented but the business owner Judy is incredibly unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

The centerpiece that Michelle used for the table was so pretty!! My sister and I loved the decor and we were so happy with Michelle's work. Michelle and her team also decorated the hall. When my sister walked into the room, she was so impressed with the decor and she kept on smiling from ear to ear. She said the decor exceeded her expectations! I totally recommend using Michelle and her team. She'll give you great ideas for the decor. Her work is flawless and she's very pleasant to work with!
