I waited patiently at the front where she left me standing, when she came back she asked with attitude (which ones did you want to see?) I pointed out at some and she started to hit the piñatas roughly side to side, giving me vibes she was upset for helping me. I wanted to tell her why she was being so rude but I wasn't about to start arguing or calling managers on anyone so I just stayed quite. Worst experience I ever had. No one deserves to be treated this way. I don't recommend this store to no one but do recommend going next door to supermex since they have the same merchandise and are same owners. They are a lot nicer and helpful there. Regret going to the other store first. Please don't walk into store and be a karen, instead go on google and make a review, so it can help other people that are looking for recommendations online.

Their equipment was state of the art and worked flawlessly and the many different packages they offered made it easy for us to use their website to select an option within our budget. I like bold, flavorful wine, and they have that in spades. I thought I hated Merlot, for being generally weak, but Terra Blanca's Merlot is fantastic. I thought I only liked red wine, but their Albarino is now my go-to summer white wine. I thought Rose was too sugary of a wine, but their Rose has incredible flavor without heft. I'm an enduring fan of their Block 8 Syrah, but the Cab Sauv is a close second. The Space: It's gorgeous. The building is beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained, the vineyard (which you can tour at some of their events) feels old-world-meets-tech, the cellars are amazing, and everything feels welcoming. Like, I don't just want to go here, I want to spend time here. The People: The employees are wonderful: welcoming, knowledgeable, happy, humble, and it never feels like they're just trying to sell you something. They're honest and upbeat, even at times when I *know* they must be feeling rushed or stressed. It makes the whole place feel like hanging out with friends and neighbors (but in a classy way). This is *not* the kind of winery where they pour, recite a litany about the varietal, and walk away. This is the kind of winery where you can walk in and say "I know nothing about wine" and they'll be excited to take you wherever your curiosity about wine takes you. The Food: I've eaten at the Thursday happy hours, at buffet banquets, and at a tasting/pairing event. Each time the food has been delicious, unique, and well-paired. And it's all from scratch, locally grown & grazed, etc. even their charcuterie boards are lovely (and a lot...you will not leave hungry). I recommend trying the flatbread pizzas off their wood-fired grill. Oh, and the menu changes quarterly, so I've yet to get bored with anything. The Community: In addition to this place feeling like a community, and growing one with their wine clubs and virtual tasting group, they're involved in the Tri-Cities community. I love when local small businesses support each other and non-profits in the area! They have regular events and banquet fundraisers for orgs like Children's Developmental Center and TROT. Oh, the prices? I'd call them good. High enough to convey the quality, but low enough to be approachable even for people who are just starting to try wine. And they do a lot of sales and discounts throughout the year. The tasting room prices are spot-on, which keeps Terra Blanca feeling inclusive. TL;DR: Tasty wine at affordable prices, great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, fun events

We love to go on these cruises: the atmosphere is great, the servers are friendly, the boat is clean, nice, and they always do a great job. but there is one problem that seems consistent. One way or the other, the coffee is not prepared ahead of time. For a brunch cruise they should have both caffeine and decaf ready. Unfortunately we had to wait 35 minutes for the decaf. I will say, that it is less fun to eat those sweet rolls without coffee prior to the actual brunch. We have had similar problems with after dinner coffee that we wished to have with desert. waiting to make coffee while eating dessert is not quite the right way to do it. Now, I really hope someone on Water2Wine reads this and works on that issue. Yeah, we'll come back anyway because we really like the cruises and the crew and we highly recommend them. Especially to folks who don't drink coffee.

I was at La Piñata Payaso & was in the jam-packed world of piñatas! We're giving a going away party for a friend, and we thought it'd be a cool idea to get a piñata. Now I drive through Pasco a bit, and I had remembered seeing a small store with piñatas a while back. I now had a reason to check it out. I first called the place, "Buenas", said the woman on the line. "Hey, I was wondering how late you are open", I asked. "Momento" After this I talked with a kid. He told me the hours, and answered my question about piñata pricing. The kid hooked me up with my questions, but it was sounding like I might need to put my minimal Spanish skills to the test---this was sounding like a cool trip! Upon arrival at the store, we were stoked to see a grip of HUGE pinatas outside the store: a pair of dinosaurs, a Power Ranger, Spider Man, and a herd of horses. Then we went inside. Piñatas filled this place up the ying yang! It was so fun. We scammered through the small store and checked out all the cardboard & paper creations. It was also fun to try and figure out what some of the piñatas were. We had a Nemo (clown fish), Sleeping Beauty, Corona beer bottle, soccer ball, Optimus Prime, Dora the Expora, Spongebob, a car, Shrek, and then a whole bunch of stars with little pictures on them. I had a smile plastered on my face as I scanned and scurried around the store, bumping my head into a few piñatas along the way. We ultimately settled on a brown dinosaur. It was about 3.5-4' tall. We called her Sue. And get this, Sue only cost $25!! What a deal! So these piñatas come un-filled. You have to perform some surgery on your piñata to find the hole to fill it. The boy showed us where the hole should be. They also sell "piñata poles" here as well (they looked like decorated dowel rods). Piñatas aren't all that they sell here. This is a party supply store. We saw lots of Mexican candy, wrapping paper, and all sorts of other party favors. Their card also shows those big bouncy houses. It definitely looks like a mom & pop operation, and that's what makes this place so cool. Can't wait to get my next piñata.

The event was over three days, requiring her and her staff to come in and out of the home to set up meals, stock drinks, buy more supplies, and provide any cleanup needed. Daniele's personal touch made us feel like she was part of our family. She provided ideas and the products to bring my vision for the celebration of life of our parents come to life. She even made baskets for the bathrooms with personal supplies Like you get at a fancy hotel. She brought in toys for the pool and a wet bouncy house for the kids and adults to use. Our family reunion was a huge success and now the family wants to do this yearly. I'm sure we will use Daniele again in the future and you should too.
