When I arrived, I was looking all over the store for what I needed an found nothing. After scouring the store, I finally decided to ask a staff member and they directed me a small, makeshift, cardboard holder with very little of anything on it. I was furious, since I was tired, but ended up leaving empty-handed because they had nothing I needed. They do have costumes here, seasoned party supplies, balloons, themed party supplies and more. This is not the biggest store, but they have almost all of the basics, It's located on Siegen across from the Target Center. Tip: Look at The Dollar Tree dow the way from this store because you may be able to find items going for less there before trying to find here.

It's slightly more pricey than the stuff you can find online, but they have so much stuff. I love all the themed party things and the various holiday finds. I tend to pop over here for work event things and for fun events I host. And sometimes, it's just nice to go in and browse, hoping for future inspiration. Service is like anywhere else, spotty. I have had some rather crabby service and some amazingly friendly service. While I have never ordered any balloons from them, while there yesterday, i saw a couple picking up some amazing creations from them - some balloon arches as well as some other fun decorative designs. They have a special area for balloon pick up to make it easier. I'll continue to shop here for my immediate needs.

They even have candy and party supplies. The sales associate was very helpful and was there to assist with anything we needed. From time to time they will have locally-themed toys available for sale, but you'll most likely need to pre-order it. Earlier this year, they had a crawfish boil set that was so adorable and regret not putting an order for it. It was definitely a local favorite - pot, crawfish, corn & potatoes; super cute! There are not a bunch of toy stores anymore, where kids can actually come look at toys, especially unique ones, so I am so glad they have this here.

They immediately sent me my quote via email, I signed contract and paid in-person (although you can do this electronically) and I was able to pick-up my equipment without much hassle. If you need delivery, there is a charge, so ask within. Everything was in great condition and drop-off was a breeze. Rachel helped me over the phone and when I came into the office to handle everything else. They are located off Cedar Park Avenue (which is off Siegen by the Honda Dealership). They come highly recommended by me. Make sure to place your orders through their website and they will get back to you immediately with an invoice and you can make any adjustments before you finalize your order.
