When I have crazy questions, he will answer me sincerely. I wouldn't call him particularly jovial, but I'm not looking for a comedian in a physician. Dr. Gustafson isn't necessarily quick to prescribe medicine - he considers lots of options and my input, as well. When I went through a very hard time, he took extra care to listen to me and showed real interest. I trust him with my family's health and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a physician in the area.

I believed them and bought the powered stuff they were selling. I found out later from a real medical doctor that I had a gene that causes advanced arthritis at an early age. My wife then went for allergy testing and she was told the same thing. This would not have been so bad if I was actually able to set up one appointment to take care of two different things. The first thing was for my wife to be told the results of her allergy test, and the second thing? To hand in a cup of her saliva for testing purposes. When I attempted to set both of these up on the same day, I was told that I needed to set up two separate appointments for this. Now we don't live close to this office and two appointments for 10 minutes each I was not about to set up. They say that is their "policy." Well at 70 dollars a pop for a visit to this place I say that it is not my "policy" to pay greedy money grubbing offices extra money when two separate issues can be very clearly taken care of at one time with one payment for the one visit. There was no excuse for this since the same personnel were not involved in both processes. Lab techs do the testing, and the (if you can call that guy a doctor) doctor explains the alergy results. Needless to say we won't ever go back nor will we recommend this office to anyone looking to take care of medical issues.
