It would have been fine for a one day event, however I'd specifically asked if the arch would stay up throughout our two day event and was told it would without any problem. When I came to the event hall the next morning, I could see we were were in serious trouble. When I called I was told that the arch had been up for almost 24 hours and if I needed it for two days, they should have been notified. ??? I thought that was the conversation we had. When I asked them to help, they told me they couldn't get there until 7 pm that night (the event started at 7:30 a.m.). When I told them I would dispute payment, they basically said---too bad and then didn't show up to remove the arch (which they had been paid to do). My bigger issue was their attitude about not being willing to help, when we really had a problem on our hands. I would only recommend them for a very, very short lived event and don't look for much customer service.

The Balloons all popped 95 degree temperatures and the site has this info hidden. Google refers to latex melting at 180degrees. NOT 95 degrees. It should be in the main page. I've ordered balloon arches before from other companies who have arches that were stationary & balloons made of thicker latex with water inside to absorb the heat and avoid them from popping. The arch was completed at 7am and completely bursted and emptied except 10-12 Balloons. The owners response? " well it's common sense they are going to pop when it's hot out..." RUDE, DISMISSIVE & POOR Customer Service- have completely moved this shabby establishment to a NEVER-USE AGAIN Company!

I had ordered 36" inch balloon characters from this company for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I bought 2 pack of 4 characters, which in total is 8 character balloons. The day of the event 5 out of the 8 balloons had holes in them. I attempted to see if the holes were fixable and they were not. I contacted the company the day of in hopes of some type of compensation whether it'd be sending a new pack of character balloons or half of a refund. I spent a total of $140 just to be able to use 3 balloons. The company was so rude and stated because I was the first ever customer to complain and that they didn't know how i handled the balloons they couldn't help me. They said they would email their supplier to see what they could do for me but nothing was guaranteed because they were just resellers. I had taken video evidence of the balloons not being able to hold the air. I called both banks of mine to dispute the transactions since the company wanted to be nasty and I do not regret it. This is the nice warming emails i received from Lucy's nasty self. Accusing one of stealing after being shown proof is diabolical. $140 for 3 balloons? God will handle the unjust and the evil.
