Two days before the event I was called by the owner and told that my deposit was less than what I've given them (even though I had everything on the receipt). That was the first red flag. The day before the wedding I went pick up the flowers for my hair and the cake. They were already looking old! Or like someone mistreated them badly. And the flowers for the cake weren't as I asked. Also my husband's boutonnière fall apart (it was one rose) right after the ceremony. The owner again tried to argue with me about the deposit wanting me to pay more than we agreed on. And after she saw the receipt she finished it by saying "well, I have it written down differently so if I lose money it's on me". How unprofessional?! I do not recommend this place at all.

My husband, who sent them, explained to the florist that I'm a bit atypical in my preference of flowers. After much time trying to decide, he saw something on the website while talking to the florist that said "Florist's Choice." After my uncompromising & thoughtful husband felt the florist had a fairly comprehensive inference of what I'd like, he committed to the "Florist's Choice" option. I'm thrilled & elated he did.
