I got there and even though I overheard the lady I was booked with wasn't there due to an emergency, Tami (the owner) treated the situation with ease. I almost thought I was going to be an inconvenience and I would have needed to wait a long time or have to come back. But no, nothing like that at all. And mind you, taxes were due Monday and I was there on a Saturday afternoon. I came to her with unfiled taxes of THREE years (random years as far as 2013) and my current one. I was irresponsible and put it off because I knew I owed plus I didn't want to deal with the penalties and the fee of having to pay someone hundreds and hundreds of dollars to help me file them. Plus, I went to H&R last year and my tax guy made me feel like I was unprepared and I was so u comfortable. I felt like I was being scolded because I needed to show him proof my daughter was mine. Even though I had her social security and she was with me! He even kind of scolded her for not having her school ID with her, WTF. But wow, Tami helped me through all of them with PURE EASE and made me feel so comfortable through it all. Plus this woman is a freaking hilarious!!!!!! So brutally honest about random things and this woman is sooooo smart. She even gave me recommendations and suggestions about real estate (I've been wanted to sell and buy recently) when I eaves dropped on her and a realtor she was doing taxes for. She can do it all lol. Plus, her fees are so reasonable. I mean VERY REASONABLE. So again, making my experience so much more amazing. I felt like this burden on my shoulders have been lifted.
