Best accountant in town, always answers when I call. I can never stump him on tax related questions or movie quotes.

So being…read morethe holiday season and they were only -1 dollar I went down there to try to put $20 in their account. They refused to take cash! I then explained that the account was a negative numbers and I was just trying to help out somebody had all their personal information so I know couldn't go on the wrong account. Then I also explained I have done this before why can't I do it now it was only $20 I was trying to put in. The manager came out and explained I could do it with a money order so I asked if I could buy a money order, The manager replied no but if you go across the street there is a post office where you could. I was sure to ask him where exactly the post office while it's because I'm not the familiar with the area and only had a little time because it was my break at work. He literally pointed me in the wrong direction which I ended up going around and then on my way back to the bank to ask where the post office was again One of the other bank ladies said he lied to you the post offices over there(The exact opposite direction he pointed). She then explained he was laughing when you left and said I am so sorry he's not the nicest guy(Bank manager). So after being directed in the wrong direction and finally getting the money order I came back and the manager was nowhere to be found! I was able to help my friend but it was way more hassle than necessary

Now I wish we had hired her WAY sooner than that, because Keely and her employees were fantastic in every way. They charged us a set rate rather than by the hour (I felt better about that because I didn't have to deal with cleaning ladies stretching out the time and then charging you lots, as has happened to us before), always did an excellent job getting everything spotless (which was a challenge in our 100+ year old rental house from IU Real Estate, which got treated harshly by previous undergrad residents), and I enjoyed chatting with her too. We just relocated to another state for work, so we had Keely do a final move out cleaning, and we got our ENTIRE deposit back, which is a first for us after 12 years in 12 different rental houses/apartments. In short, we've hired about 7 or 8 different cleaning companies in the last couple of years and this is easily the only company about which I have no complaints whatsoever. Our only regret is that she can't come work for us in Oregon, where we've found a cleaning lady who's good but chats nonstop about her personal drama haha. A bonus: Keely's husband (I forget his name, I haven't met him) apparently does carpet cleaning. Our house had no carpets though, only ancient wooden floors, so I can't review that service, but it's good to know I guess!
