A week went by and after two calls, there was no action from them. They have jeopardized my chance so I decided to inform the VP of Commerical Services, Debbie and she was apologetic and mentioned that Matt would reach out to me. The 12 o'clock deadline had passed and they couldn't be bothered. I took my business elsewhere. Kentuckiana Mortgage Group took my information and within an hour, I got my letter from Ben!

Hours on the phone with customer service and the result is "only by visiting a branch can you get cleared to open an account" For a senior citizen, living in assisted living without a car, visiting the branch is, to say the least, challenging. Chase touts their accessibility, but that is all talk and no action. I was told years ago, in business to "under promise and over deliver" Chase online banking does just the opposite. They overpromise and under-deliver.

Chase Bank, rather than losing a sketchy business client, told me to go pack sand. Ha! Ha! I had to fax all the details and copies of correspondence. (Who uses fax anymore? what is this, the stone age?) To collect all these documents was like filing federal taxes. so 3 hours of waster time and massive frustration. Thanks Chase!
