The deck is out of level and no supports on the stair stringers, per Jackson County. This isn't county code, it's NC code. I think about this everyday. Hire a licensed contractor if pulling a permit and it's illegal not to, which Beau stated "I'll do it either way". There doesn't seem to be any warranty either since he hasn't replied to anything. Suzanne builds with both the perfect construction know-how plus the eye of an artist. What is extra nice is that all the tradesmen are wonderful and there is a lot of respect and friendship between each other and Suzanne. Each man goes the extra mile to do a perfect job.
