But this week is showing me just how little value my loyalty means. We did not get our paper Sunday or Monday. On Tuesday, the previous missed papers were delivered (without the Sunday funnies!!), but no Tuesday edition. No paper on Wednesday (the grocery ads!) or again today, Thursday. I have called 3 times each day and each customer service person was, rightly so, horrified at my story and assured me it was being sent "up the chain" to route manager and distribution manager. STILL NO PAPER!!! I can only surmise these folks don't care either. No phone call, no apologies and NO PAPER!! Gonna cancel and subscribe to the Gwinnett paper. Let's see if they appreciate my business, 'cause the AJC sure doesn't.
