The staff were very helpful and when I said it might not be possible to save the frame, out of curiosity they put the bike straight on the shop stand to have a proper look at it. Minutes later I was walking out with a brand new bottom bracket installed. Very impressed. Reasonable prices. These guys love a challenge.

When I purchased I took old tyre in and asked for the size to fit it and he said these should fit if not bring them back? He gives no receipts. Very often specialist shops can have staff that think they are über cool for working there - not here, eager to help without being intrusive, and they chat to you about the product without trying to get you to buy - which is great - they provide the info and let you come to your own decision. This doesn't seem to be an exclusive to the Birmingham store - the Manchester one is similar. I'd thoroughly reccomend 10/10.
