She did a very thorough body massage which was very relaxing. I decided to come back and do the infrared sauna and the float tank. I feel like everybody should do those at least once in their life. I spent half an hour in the sauna and then moved to the float tank for another half hour. I did it fairly early in the day and next time it will be in the afternoon so I can just come home and go to sleep. It was that relaxing and the prices are decent so if you're in the mood to pamper yourself this is the place to go!

Didn't really get much out of it and seems like it is something you would need to go back for multiple times to get the full benefits out of it. We could have done the foot detox but it wasn't something we were interested in so we did the red light. They also sell certain skin products as well and have monthly specials, so make sure you check those out on their website as well with their list of services they provide (it's quite extensive)! We very much enjoyed this place and will definitely be back. My husband even wants to do another pedicure!
