Wait times are inaccurate and we are passed over time and time again by older clients- typically adding 30 min to our 'on deck' time. Its been more then three months that i got in contact with sport-clips about the situation that…read morehappen of my son and the barber, a slim gentlemen with a pony tail who flinch my kid in the back of the head because he was tilting backwards, i guarantee that my kid doesn't jump or moves drastically. I saw him directly and he wasn't moving at all they have cameras to prove it wrong, he flinch him an angle were i couldn't see him. My boy is well behaved and will do what is told. He later told me when stepping out of the store and i was very upset and my son didn't mention anything because he didn't want to cause any trouble. In the other hand i could of took action how ever my son stand firm that confronting isn't the answer im proud of him for a valuable lesson a common sense that adult didnt show. This situation has been already mention to sportclips who they guaranteed that the manager of that specific store would get in contact with me. A promise that hasn't been fulfill. Listen this is for the customer who exist in idaho and who travel, to go where ever they want to go for a service, But places like this wont help the customers who exist in idaho neither who travel.
