I also get my brows waxed, which is done quickly and as pain-free as possible. The salon is bright, well-stocked with product, welcoming. There is always a jigsaw puzzle going, but I seldom have to wait so no time to work on puzzle. All in all, an enjoyable place to go!

I have come across very few stylists with such a flair and a continually growing appreciation for their craft. When I return home today, I live in NYC now, I try to get squeezed into his busy chair if possible. What I appreciate most about the styles are that they grow out so well--giving me a haircut that is easy to wear, style and shape even as it grows. Salon Salon is a diamond in the rough in the treasure valley! All the staff are great and so are all the services----members have my family have been going here since the 90's and don't even get me started on the X-mas party!

So I had to call the manager(Jessica) because I can't afford to throw away money on my nails. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager and I even left a message. After she finally agreed to fix my nails for free she painted them the tan color which immediately started peeling that night. I even tipped her after both experiences because she is sweet and I liked her I just hated my nails. I just need my money back to fix my nails and they won't refund or even call me back. They also don't wear masks in the salon which I admit I'm also guilty of but it is still not professional at all. I have never asked for my money back in my life and this was the worst experience it's been like war trying to get my money back so I can go get them fixed.

The other technician was just sitting there never once even looked at me. I finally walked out. Horrible customer service! Have no idea what kind of work they do but won't ever find out either.
