He went in and was very cordial and told the judge all the Supreme Court case law and why it should get dismissed. The judge said and I quote. Well I cannot go against the Supreme Court case law. Case dismissed! Larry also questioned the Mother about how much money she made because she was she said she had no money to pay child support. Guess what Larry got it approved by the court she was in willful violation of the court order to pay child support and they ordered her to pay or go to jail . So I even got some money out of the deal. On the fourth rescheduling of the hearing she canceled on me and recused herself. She claimed that the financial documentation that I was giving her as evidence of my finances was not good enough. I ended up representing myself and winning the case on my own. Of course, Ms. Cuellar never refunded the $1500.00 retainer fee that she charged me. Also, pertinent financial documentation that I had given Ms. Cuellar was never returned. Instead her office mailed it out to an old address of mine in another county. So she stole my money and lost financial records of mine that included bank statements along with my social security number and copies of my drivers license. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM.
