From the first consultation I had with Robby I felt like he genuinely cared. He took the time to listen and was prepared to answer all of my questions. Unfortunatly we were falling behind on 21 thousand of credit card and credit union loans. My husband and I cancelled our contract with a debt company we saw on TV which was located in New York with no local office and signed up for the Debt Redemption service because not only are they local, they also saved us about $150 a month compare to the company we originally signed up with. I felt so much better knowing there are local people here and they took their time and were very helpful and understanding about or situation. Unlike Debt Redemption, the "sales" person from first company we originally found was professional but a bit pushy and gave my husband and I the vibe that he just wanted to earn a sale. So glad we found Debt Redemption and I love the name.

My credit rating 570-610 when we started. They were able to have all but one of the negative items against me removed, and the last one - for years an un-budge-able creditor - budged, and accepted a low settlement. My credit score is now in the upper 700 range. Credit Solutions even got all the settled-but-still-negative items removed. It's a hundred bucks a month, all told, and it hasn't yet been 5 months. In a world of businesses that don't do what you pay them for, Credit Solutions is a real standout. Use them. You won't be sorry. JS-San Antonio
