They don't have anywhere to really wait and sometimes they get busy and it takes longer than you expect, but I've never walked out of there upset or feeling like I've been taken. Just my 2 cents.

I stopped well before the prepaid amount and went inside to get a receipt and refund on my card. I was not given a receipt and told the posted amount on my account would be what I actually pumped plus the water. Nearly two weeks and several unanswered phone calls (they don't answer the phone at all I'm their store), and several emails to corporate I have received no help and have had to take the matter up with my bank. I think it's unbelievable that a store could be allowed to go unchecked in this manner. The bathroom was clean but had no soap and the young lady behind the counter was surly at best. At this point I am forced to conclude she was running some type of scam and I just happened to be fool enough to unwittingly assist her.
