I live out of state and I ordered an arrangement shown online as Lilac Sunset. It was delivered to my friend on the same day I ordered. She sent me a photo and it looked very different from the online photo. I contacted the florist by email and she apologized for not informing me of substitutions of certain flowers. Deb also called me and offered to remake the arrangement when the correct flowers arrived because I was not happy with it. I appreciated that. read more

Florist is super rude! ordered my arrangement and payed so much money on the specific one just for it to come in not looking like the arrangement I ordered at all! I called her to check on delivery and the flowers were delivered so late! she then wouldn't answer my calls back after I saw the arrangement I was given so I had to call her on my fiances phone only for her to tell me ahe would give me a "partial refund" that in which I haven't seen. Rude is an understatement! Late delivery and I was hung up on and blocked simply because my number was out of state (Per Deb) Received flowers at 7pm last night (I did get a call at 642pm telling me they were brining a delivery). I inform them that I'd have the lights on for them. I notice there is no card. So I assume they came from a friend and contact her. She tells me nope she didn't. So I call the company. They answer Deb's garden. I politely say "hey ms Deb or Deb's garden". Immediately they hang up. I called back and it rang until voicemail came on. I've called back multiple times. I'm getting straight voicemail like I was blocked. Hung up on for no reason and block. No card so idk who to thank. All I was wanted was to ask who they were from. Update: after my review they call and say well I thought you were spam so I hung up and blocked you because your number is out of state. I informed her that she should Let people get past hello I'm active duty and this is a military town so if you want customers you can't assume they will have local numbers. All I wanted was to know who they were from. I'm the recipient! I contacted the friend that sent them (After debs garden read the "card" over the phone) and found out the flowers were supposed to delivered Wednesday and not Friday at 7pm. I was looking for a florist who would deliver to the nearby Pilgrim Manor nursing home. The florist who answered was very personable. We had a nice chat about what I was looking for in the arrangement, the reason for sending flowers, and when I needed them delivered. I was very happy to find they were able to get them made up and delivered in 24 hours - on a Saturday! Since I was calling from out of state, I asked for a photograph of what they were delivering to my relative. I got a very clear picture from a good angle, illustrating that I got a full bouquet that I was proud to have go out to my beloved relative with my name on it. The only reason I didn't give this vendor five stars was the price. It seemed a little high to me, but I do realize that we need to keep small businesses going, and I am used to buying my flowers at Sams Club, which does NOT give me the benefit of a professional floral arranger. read more

I recently ordered a Christmas table arrangement with lights and I couldn't have been happier! I did my best explaining to Deb exactly what I wanted and she hit it out of the park! I ordered flowers for my daughters graduation and later in the day I received a message saying she didn't have all the flowers and to let her know which alternate flower I would like use. This message was left at the end of the day so I had to wait until this morning to call at opening which was 8:00 am. I called at 8:02 and left a message to call me. The store closes at 3:00 today and I am still waiting on her call. My friend went to the store and everything is dark and closed up. Not a reliable place to do business with. read more

It wouldn't let me write a review without giving her the star she doesn't deserve. My husbands brother passed away. Being a veteran, we chose to use the flag in place of the usual casket spray. Wanting to honor him, we ordered a 250.00 spray, picked out the colors we wanted, the message we wanted on the ribbons. His funeral was Sunday and I was assuming they would be delivered on Saturday. No she says, I want them to be fresh, I will deliver Sunday morning to the funeral home. She never showed up! No flowers from the family to be had. Monday morning I go to the shop and she acts like she has never seen me before. I explain what she has done and tries to tell me the funeral is not until next Sunday at a church! Like I don't know when our funeral was? There was no remorse on her face, it was just a big "oops" moment to her. I'd think long and hard if you plan to use this florist!! read more

My husband ordered a dozen roses and chocolates on 2/12/2020 (via website) as an I love you since he was deployed at the time. I had no idea he ordered me anything until he was able to make his next moral call home on 2/26/2020. At that time he gave me his email account info to log in and find the receipt so that I could follow up. I called Debs flowers and spoke with the owner (Debra) on 2/26/2020 who informed me she'd look into it and call me back. On 2/27/2020 I called Debs flowers again and was told by Debra she was making a delivery but would look into it and review her employees delivery logs to see who had it and what happened, I offered to text her the email receipt to help expedite the follow up. Later that day I called Debra again she told me she remembered the card but not the address, asked where it was so I explained how to get to my home. Debra informed me she was out of roses but would have a new delivery on Friday 2/28/2020; I wasn't going to be home that day so offered to pick everything up (flowers/chocolates). When I got to the shop it reeks of dog urine but I was greeted by Debra who was still putting the roses together. Once she was done she said oh did you want the card or not since you already know what it said. I said yes I'd like the card, she then tells me she doesn't have and more chocolates and offered me a valentines stuffed animal. I declined the animal and asked for the chocolates my husband had ordered, she informed me sh could get them and deliver by Monday 3/2/2020. Monday comes and no chocolates. Tuesday comes and no chocolates. Wednesday comes and no chocolates so I called Debra. As soon as Debra answered she said I haven't forgot about you we've been busy I'll be there tomorrow. Thursday comes and no chocolates. Friday comes and I drive to her shop to find a note on the door she's out for delivery. I called twice and was sent to voicemail so I sent a text. She replied that she's delivering them now, I let her know I'm at her shop and where to put them on my porch. Meanwhile waiting at her shop I get a knock on my car window from the neighboring business, he asked if I was waiting on Debra. Yes, I replied and explained why. He said WOW he's never heard one of her customer stories that bad, he was just coming to tell me not to order from her to go to another florist. He said she lied about looking at her employees delivery log because she has no employees, then said she is in/out a lot and good luck catching her. read more

I wanted to order flowers for my mother-in-laws 82nd birthday. I reside in California so did an on-line to search for local florists near my mother-in-laws home in Bossier City. There were several florist in the nearby area. However, this florist was voted best florist in Bossier City in 2007 and 2009 - thus my selection. I contacted the florist (Deb) and specifically asked if a delivery could be made that day. Feeling comfortable, I went on-line placed the order and paid for an arrangement. A few moments later I received a call from Deb who wanted to ensure the payment went through - I stayed on the phone with her until she received approval. In the interim Family members are at my mother-in-laws celebrating her day. We are anticipating the flowers would be delivered before the celebration ended. After three hours my husband called concerned as the florist close at 5:00pm. My husband was told deliveries are made after 5:00pm (CST). After work 4:30pm (PST) or 6:30pm (CST) I called my mother-in-law, no flowers. I called Deb's Garden who advertised on the website "Phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." No answer and needless to say my mother-in-law did not receive her arrangement. Nor, did my mother-in-law receive a phone call (her number was provided) asking for directions, if needed (Bossier City a small town any google map will guide any lay person). I did not receive a phone call informing me the flowers would not be delivered, even after I shared not to fill the order if you could not deliver. The next day my husband called and was told the arrangement was left on the porch, really! Disappointed is not the word. read more

Too bad there isn't an option for no stars!! Please save yourself the time, money, and trouble. I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my daughter's prom, came in with a photo and we decided on lavender and white roses, total cost $55.00. Well prom preparations being hectic my husband ended having to pick up the flowers. My daughter and I arrive home to find white carnations and pink roses, nothing close to what was discussed. My daughter hates the color pink and carnations. When I called to complain all she could say was she was sorry and that the white roses came in frozen so she did what she thought would be pretty with the dress color. Since when are carnations even remotely the cost of roses? She had my contact information, if there was a problem I was just a phone call away. Thankfully, my daughter's boyfriend's mom is crafty. She purchased purple orchids, baby's breath, and some ribbon and made something stunning. Needless to say it was a thousand times better than what Deb's Garden made up. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently went through a personal tragedy and a family friend ordered flowers for me from this establishment. I received a phone call from who I can only assume is the owner claiming she didn't have the correct address. I gave her the correct information with detailed delivery instructions only to receive a rude phone call 20 minutes later claiming I told her the wrong address and I would have to come pick the flowers up myself. Do yourself a favor and find another florist - this "business" is not worth wasting money on. My advice to them - either do people a favor and go out of business or learn customer service skills. read more

I went online to Deb's Florist and placed an order. I received a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered to my Mother the Thursday prior to Mother's Day. I thought that would be great! I texted my brother (where she is staying) Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Mother's Day Sunday to see if the flowers arrived. They had not!!! Monday I called Deb's Florist. She tells me they do not deliver to the Princeton area. Why did the website let me place the order if they don't deliver there! More so....why didn't the florist contact me prior to Mother's day to let me know. Now it's the Monday after Mother's day and my Mother did not receive her flowers. She is 86 years old and has had 4 strokes in the past 8 months. Some flowers delivered either prior to or on Mother's Day would have been nice!!!!!!
