They removed the part of my toenail that was causing all the issues, in for my toe, and the entire process was handled professionally and with great care. Follow‑up appointments were just as smooth. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me even more is that the provider didn't stop at the toenail issue -- she listened to my concerns about ankle and foot pain and ordered an X-ray, and then MRI to get real answers. After my cardiologist couldn't find any blockage or circulation problems, it was a relief to finally have someone take the next step. I feel as though I may at last have found a solution. I know most of the people in the lobby were older than me and on fixed incomes and they are charging this outrageous fee because according to the billing clerk " most people don't even bother to check out so we bill up front." As I informed her it should be your front office staff to get them to stop. If they do not stop and pay their bill that is what collections are for. They billed me for X-rays that were never taken just in case I needed them. Horrible experience.

Started going to this Dr. on 11/4/2019. 4 months later had a schedule to do surgery. Had to pay…read more391.50 upfront before the surgery would be performed. Office manger screwed up and didn't do signature correctly. A SIGNATURE !!!!!! I decided to go to a different Dr. It took 2 weeks to get a refund and was shorted 115.00. I was charged for picking up my own MRI reports and delivering to her office. Charged 88.00 for my own records. How many other people has she screwed over. And I still need surgery. This Dr. is racist. Along with the office manager.
