I got asked to be a filler model at an education event at The Westin in June . My injector being…read moreJennifer (she does Botox on me in the past and a smidge of filler). This particular day I signed on for full face filler. I'm going to be 49 and wanted to embrace the process. I'm a Mom who works at her kids school and of course puts everyone's needs before her own so in normal day to day life, I tend to spend more on my kids than myself. With that being said there is no one else I would trust to inject and certainly not after learning and listening to all of the education! When you're a model you get to hang out all day and basically take the class with them, until they are ready to inject. I'm not naive to the injecting process (I've worked in the spa industry, dermatology offices etc) but I was naive to what injectors have to know!!!!!!! I'll admit I'm the girl in her 20s etc that would buy the Groupon to save money. With age usually comes wisdom.. and the wisdom I gained in this experience about how much thought you should give to your injector was mind blowing. To hear, all of the things they have to consider, know, have knowledge in?? To take this artery, this vein, this bone structure etc into consideration. Inject with your patients eyes open (to stay in contact with them) because if there is any vision changes you have 45 mins to restore vision if vision is lost...... It scared me. But scared me in a way where I also felt comfort. Knowing I was in Jennifer's chair and the trust I have in her. I felt compelled to write a lengthy review on how everyone should give serious thought to who is behind the needle or cannula. There are many things that could go wrong and you should question the integrity of your provider, their knowledge and the products they use. In today's world it's a fact that people "cut corners". Do you want an injector who "cuts corners" or do you want the best? The best being Jennifer and I'm sure the knowledge she passes on to her team! It's a no brainer for me

I have been seeing Jennifer Prince going on almost 10 years. I have followed her from different…read moreoffices and I'm so happy she finally has her own practice. She is an amazing injector and has done different areas of my face over the years (lips, cheeks, tear troughs, and chin) as well as different neuromodulators and I couldn't recommend her enough. She is so gentle, thorough, and practical. She really listens to you and gives you an in depth assessment to help you reach your goals. She delivers natural results and you will never look "overdone."A huge benefit of Institute of Aesthetics is that all of the other injectors have been trained by her so you know anyone you see will do an amazing job. Thanks to her and her team I always leave feeling and looking my best.

Jenavee is AMAZING and gives the absolute best facial massage and skin care ever! I've learned so much from her because she does a wonderful job educating me on skin health too. Every time I go to her, my skin feels super hydrated and like it's had a major glow up. The membership options are great and give a nice discount. With the membership, you get to try different skin care treatments and upgrades. I wasn't able to keep up with monthly facials with my busy schedule but they do allow you to put your membership on pause to catch up on your credits, which is really nice. Coming here is a total treat, relaxing, and the best self-care!

While at first it sounded like my introductory appointment would be some great deal, it definitely is not inexpensive, even with whatever discount code is promised (20% off). However, the "Really Good Facial" is really good! Raquel was my esthetician and she was wonderful. Admittedly, she did attempt to sell me on another a booster on top of the dermaplaning that I had already decided on, but she didn't push too much once I declined. I know she is just doing her job! She also educated me on all of the products she used on my face and was super knowledgeable when I asked questions. The products she used felt and smelled really great and the hour that I was there went by quickly... I was super pleased with the overall experience, so much so that I purchased a six pack so that I can return again (and again)! I can't wait to return!

UPDATE: While Dr. Grade is no longer delivering babies, I had the pleasure of having Dr. Tiffany…read moreStadnick as my OB for my second pregnancy. Love love love her! She is not only an adorable human being, she is also wonderful at what she does! My second pregnancy was the complete opposite of my first pregnancy, and Dr. Stadnick always took the time to explain and weigh all pros and cons of any questions I had. I love the nursing staff at this practice. For the amount of pregnant and non-pregnant women they see on a daily basis, the entire practice handles everything so beautifully and with smiles on their faces. While I'm done having babies, I'm almost tempted to have one more just for the sole pleasure of seeing Dr. Grade, Dr. Stadnick, Diselle and all the other nurses on a frequent basis again for 9 months.

I scheduled an appointment with the nurse practitioner at North Scottsdale Women's Health specifically because Dr. Simone was not available for several weeks. I was told by the front desk that the nurse practitioner works closely with Dr. Simone and would be able to explain the reasoning behind Dr. Simone's recent recommendations and help me understand the plan. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I paid nearly $200 for the appointment and, rather than receiving clarification about Dr. Simone's recommendations, I was initially given advice that seemed to be the opposite of what Dr. Simone had recommended. When I explained that the purpose of my appointment was to understand Dr. Simone's reasoning, I was then told that they simply have different approaches. I completely understand that two medical professionals may have different clinical opinions. What I don't understand is why I was specifically directed to schedule and pay for an appointment with someone to explain my doctor's treatment recommendation if that provider did not appear to know the reasoning behind it. This has been part of a larger frustration with communication at the practice. The portal system often feels like messages are being filtered through different people rather than allowing for clear communication with the physician managing your care. When treatment recommendations are changing, patients need to understand why. I went into this appointment hoping for clarity and reassurance about my treatment plan. Instead, I walked away more confused than I was before I arrived. If you are someone who values a provider who has the time and availability to thoroughly explain treatment decisions and provide continuity of care, I would take that into consideration when choosing this practice.
