The instructors all care so much about the kids and in teaching them dance and instilling a love for it. They have an amazing dance team and also provide recreational classes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it became clear to me how much they they are willing to go above the beyond. They provided the kids with online zoom dance classes, challenges, spirit days, socially distant one on one dance pictures in the park, and even planned a virtual recital! This time has been so tough on kids and I really value all they have done to provide some normalcy for the kids. Normally parents are not in the room during class (there are monthly watch weeks on the studios TVs), but with classes over zoom I have gotten to watch more of the class and can also speak to what a good job they do with the insurrection and keeping the kids engaged while having fun. Highly recommend!

Paid $3000 for dance classes and needed to refund two weeks later due to an emergency. Danielle…read morefailed to mention there is a no refund policy before I signed up for classes and refused to provide a refund after I asked. I was okay with receiving even a partial refund, but even this was refused. Considering the industry FirstDance works in, I would have expected better customer service and a willingness to work something out. Now I regret ever signing up for the classes at this business. Tip for future customers: If you sign up for their new student introductory class ($45), they will try to get you to sign up for a bulk package of classes at the very end. They say it is cheaper to purchase the classes right then and there because they offer "special pricing" since you're a "new student". Their whole business model is to have you buy 20-40 classes all at once for $90-$100 per session instead of paying more for individual classes. I fell victim to this sales tactic and decided to sign up for 30 classes at the end of the intro class. I wish FirstDance could be more understanding of their clients and offer a better refund policy. I have 30 classes that I will likely never use.

My daughter…read morehas been part of this studio for the past 14 years, and from the very beginning it has felt like so much more than just a dance studio, it truly feels like family. The teachers are supportive, caring, kind, and fun, and they genuinely invest in each child as both a dancer and a person. Beyond creating beautiful, high-quality routines, they have helped shape my daughter into a mature, hardworking young woman with strong values and a strong work ethic. Through Suzanne's, my daughter has had once-in-a-lifetime opportunities--performing at Disney and Universal Studios, training with the Rockettes, and attending a master class at the Broadway Dance Center in NYC. These experiences have built her confidence, professionalism, and love for dance in ways I could never have imagined. As she's grown older, the studio has taught her invaluable life skills, time management, leadership, teamwork, accountability, and perseverance--skills that will stay with her far beyond dance. Suzanne's Dance Connection is truly a second home, and we are forever grateful for the love, mentorship, and incredible memories they have given our family. I could not recommend this studio more highly.

While many of the students at BAC focus on ballet, there are also jazz, tap, and modern classes available. I would strongly recommend BAC to any potential dancer looking for a studio.
