I also added brows and a facial. On the day of my appointment, everything was going great. I was set to arrive with time to spare. Until.... I got on the wrong train! Trying to turn around and get on the right train wasn't as easy as I expected. Then the stress set in. Luckily, the stop is only a couple of blocks away and I actually made it on time. However, I made a rookie/tourist mistake and assumed that the building number which I was standing in front of, was where I was supposed to be. Tip to my fellow tourists, face the building and walk a few steps to the left. I unfortunately walked up from the right and did not see their sign. I was already, stressed, and this added to my stress. I could not reach them by phone and I had already paid in full, so you can imagine the thoughts that were running through my head. I finally noticed a lady walk out a door to the left and I went to ask direction, then I realized that that is where I was supposed to be. Poor Deborah probably thought that I was insane because I was about to cry. All that aside, I received amazing service. The salon is small, intimate and clean. The facial was so so relaxing, that it eased away all the tension and stress that I had just accumulated. My lashes and brows came out fantastic as well. When I went to my lash appointment 3 weeks later, I still had a good amount of lashes left. We typically stay in Barcelona annually, and I have definitely found my new favorite spot. As good as the best people in LA and better than the Hamptons. She took an unusually long time so I assumed she removed a bunch that were falling off and rebuilt from the ground up. I even forgot to bring payment and she let me bring the next day. I prefer them thick and short instead of long and unnatural. I showed her pictures and she knew exactly what I needed and did them perfectly.

I had changed jobs, changed countries, was flying considerable distances for work, renovating a house and clearing out another: let's just say that after months of being hidden away in work boots and woollen socks, the feet had seen better days. I needn't have bothered: not only did my technician complete one foot without me noticing but also rendered the nails to perfection I had to stop working on my computer multiple times to see of the technician had fallen asleep: I could not feel a thing. And the nail job -- EASILY one of the best manicures I've ever enjoyed. If I was being really nitpicky I would mention that the sofa in reception has small stains on it, the little cup of water they offered just felt like an afterthought and the way the foot tub area is designed is awkward for men and taller women.
