I needed to re-open and activate my account, which didn't take long, and it never does but these ladies seemed peeved by it. No promotions or specials were offered. Simply asked, "which package do you want?" I asked, what are your current rates and packages? Minimal answer, so I just signed up for one. When I came out of my bed and put my coat on, I heard a DIFFERENT girl explaining everything and giving her the current promotion and how much money she would be saving, etc. Wasn't offered any lotions, etc. Wasn't asked if I had any (which I would definitely be asking if the client I was checking in had not tanned in 8 months). Ridiculous. Don't go here and I definitely won't be returning, unfortunately for them.

I asked if there was a number I could call to speak to someone about this and she refused to give me the number. she was very childish and did not act like a manager should. #bronzebay I'm sure…read moreI'll get backlash from people but here it goes anyways... Decided to tan a little before vacation. Signed up for a month and bought some eye stickers (UV protection). After trying them a few times I decided to buy the kind in the pic. I've had facial palsy for two years I found it very uncomfortable to remove the sticker from my affected side. Got in to tan and used them one time. I took them off after my tan and they literally fell into pieces and even the center of them was cracked. I didn't drop them, throw them, sit on them etc. I politely asked after my tan to exchange them. I was told she couldn't but a note would be placed on my account to exchange them the next time. Next time...I planned to buy lotion today and continue tanning and the friendly associate was on the phone with someone and when I said there should be a note on my account she asked the person on the phone if she could assist me with my broken eyewear and she was told no. Clearly they don't trust their customers not to try to cheat them out of 6$ broken glasses. They also don't trust their employees to handle simple decisions like replacing eyewear bought 10 mins before they broke. I wanted to cancel and get my money back vs continuing to tan but if you think that's how it works, wrong! If they care so much about eyewear that honestly costs .50 to buy they definitely aren't giving back unused tanning $$. It's the point of bad service, not the price at all!!!!!! I'm truly just amazed and saddened because I know this will mean nothing to them.

Most places will start treating you differently if you don't want to sign up for the best memberships or have concern. The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one. This is for my son's wedding and I wanted to make sure this was reasonable. My tan lines were fairly light but I am wearing an off the shoulder dress. When they didn't respond after three days, I called and left a voice mail. They then responded via email. I set up the appointment for 1pm for express spray tan. The day of my appointment, they called me in the morning and asked if I could come in by 10:45 or 11. I thought I could make it by 11. It turns out I couldn't get there until 11:15. The clerk/sprayer operator acted very put out even though I was doing them a favor by changing my appointment. I let the bronzer sit on me for 8 hours and I did not wear a bra. She told me that I should not wear one until I rinsed off unless I wanted lines. I definitely did NOT want lines....that is what I am trying to avoid. I did the express. I should have only had to wait 4 hours. I waited 8 for good measure. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! I don't know if the photos reflect it well, but I still have lines....which will show up in photos and I have lines on my wrists. Maybe my wrists weren't straight when she sprayed them. This was not a good experience for me. I'm not dark skinned, and these were not dark lines to begin with. These photos are from 28 hours after being sprayed.
