He carefully explained each step of the process, made recommendations, and pointed out things with each property that I should be aware of, or might need to address before there was even an inspection. We both knew when I had found the home for me, and he walked me through the process of purchasing it with very little stress. However, it was as a seller's agent that he really went above and beyond. I sold the house in 2010 when the market collapse was in full swing. Obviously Randall had no control over that, but he went above and beyond to help a first-time seller with limited means figure out how to cope. He helped me rearrange furniture to make the house look its most attractive. He helped me arrange repairs for the items that came up in the inspection, and even taught me how to make some of them myself, carefully pointing out the correct way to do them that would last.
