Dear Councilwoman Giordano, Please ask your flyer distributors to pay attention and be respectful of home owners when they post a NO solicitor sign at their door! Blasting me with multiple calendars year round will not make me want to go with you when I ever decide to sell my home or buy a home. Not only that, but I watched as your guy scuttled away across my lawn when he got caught! The only person I give allowance to walk on my lawn is the mail person because they're bringing me mails that may be important. Your calendars either go into my fire place or straight to the recycling and I don't want to be that wasteful person. Save your ads for another house please. read more

My sisters and I were beginning the process of selling our family home when I asked Debbie to meet with us at the house. She came prepared with an organized packet for each of us and shared pertinent information about the house and the area. Her professionalism and comfortable personality won us over. Throughout the selling process she communicated every step. The house sold within days of the for sale sign being placed in the yard, no open house needed. Thank you, Debbie, for all your work! read more

When we initially contacted Deb, it was to "just get information about selling our house and moving up to Chico to be near our daughter". That was the long term objective. Deb took those plans and came up with a plan to achieve that goal. Her idea of doing a bridge loan so we could buy a house before we sell was genius. It allowed us to buy our house in Chico allowing us to move out of Milpitas. This allowed for the house to make some improvements and get staged so we could get the best offer. Deb was a great partner in this complicated endeavour. Selling a house is never easy, but Deb made it easy! We appreciated all her hard work and organization in getting our house looking its best, and getting it sold for the best price. Thank you, Deb! read more

We recently sold our house, Debbie made the process so easy without any glitches ... Debbie was the best. She's so efficient, professional and always willing to go 110% for her clients. Debbie is an EXPERT in Milpitas for buying or selling homes. She has a fantastic staff to support her work and is very responsive. The staging service she offers is incredible. They set up my mom's home in a day and it was beautiful. She knows the market so well that we were able to trust her on what we should fix and what we should leave as-is. We didn't waste a penny. Her team also has referrals for reliable small shop repairs. We used her recommendations for Junk hauling, painting and roof repairs. I estimate we saved over $50,000 and got the offer we were hoping for. read more

We are incredibly pleased with Debbie Giordano. My home SOLD after one weekends open house!!!! Debbie, communicated how each part of the whole process would move. Debbie's expertise and professionalism, was amicable and kind throughout my homes selling process. Debbie is your Realtor if you're buying or selling in Milpitas. She has her finger on the pulse of the Milpitas market and has for many years. She knew what the price of our house should be, (higher than we had initially thought) and we got that price the first week. We were moving out of town and her offer to let us use her moving truck was a life saver. Her communication, patience with our questions, attention to detail, and her positive outlook are top notch. Highly recommend! read more

Debbie has been in Miltipas house market for over 30 years. The only thing I am not sure of is her digital marketing experience for a traditional agent like her. But it turned out that she is doing a great job on modern marketing campaigns. she has weekly market reports emailed and on youtube. My house listing has more than 5k views in top 10 websites after being placed on the market on 11/14, not even including Redfin. read more

Debbie, is the pre eminent realtor for anyone buying or selling in Milpitas. We sold her house through her and she was smart, on top of everything. More a review of their open houses as a buyer rather than as a seller. We were looking for houses in Milpitas and saw their sign on multiple blocks. Decided to check out a house being pointed to by the sign. When we got there, we were told it is only for private viewing even though multiple signs say "open house". Not sure if realtor just didn't take us seriously. read more

We just sold our home and used Debbie as our realtor. We could not be more pleased! Our situation was complicated by the fact that we moved out of state before putting our house in Milpitas on the market and we had quite a bit of remodeling to do before it could be sold. Debbie helped us every inch of the way, suggesting contractors and following up on things we were not there to check on. She was patient and easy to work with, but had a perfect eye for detail and kept things moving along. Her experience is huge and her instincts for what needed to be done was remarkable. We can't say enough about how positive our experience with Debbie was. We highly recommend her. Lynn & Laurel Rogers read more

Choosing Debbie as our agent is the best choice I made to sell our sweet home. We did quite a lot of research to find a realtor including analyzing recently-sold home data, viewing yelp/google reviews and asking for referrals from friends. After talking to Debbie, we knew she is the one we had been looking for. Debbie is very efficient and professional! She was on top of everything (literally everything!). For example, she ordered the termite report almost immediately when I discussed that with her. Later the termite company misbilled us for some suggested roof fix. She was able to correct the misbill, reschedule the roof repair work, ordered another inspection and issued an updated report in a very very tight schedule, which was AMAZING!! Yet another example is about the staging. She made detailed notes of our home features and gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. She suggested replacing the carpet, which turned out to be a big bonus for the selling. read more

We had the pleasure of buying our new home by working with Debbie recently. After having a previous bad experience with another realtor, I was simply amazed at the professionalism and sincere work ethics exhibited by Debbie, even though our relationship was fairly new. She took away the entire stress of buying a home by communicating clearly and frequently, and keeping the processes simple and flexible. Most of all she was honest about everything regarding the house, appraisal value, etc. She made herself available anytime we had a question, or wanted to see the property multiple times before closing/move-in. She also has a great team, and we enjoyed the added bonus of using her large, spacious van for 4 days, absolutely free, which helped us with the move. If we ever decide to buy or sell another home, my choice would be Debbie without a blink. I've also been impressed by the fact that she gives back to the community in her own little ways. The quality of her work is unique, she helped me in many ways that I needed, and I was able to sell my home for a good price. Long overdue review on working with Debbie. I truly have nothing but good things to say about Debbie. I grew up in Milpitas, the home we were selling had been in our family for 30+ years. It was a tough decision and I was looking for a realtor who would be sensitive to our situation, understood the local market and it's nuaces, in addition to being responsive (because I can be very insistent with updates). Debbie was all of this and more. During our initial interaction, I had so many questions about the process and how she would react to a variety of different situations. Debbie didn't blow me off with foo foo calming words, she gave me the reality of the market and was genuine in each answer. The good vibes continued when I decided she was the Realtor we would partner with. Debbie extended great recommendations and also supported our move out of the house with the use of her moving truck, which was complimentary! We sold FAST in a slowing market. Closed escrow in under a month and she held our hands through the entire process. Selling a home can be such a stressful process, but I swear, I didn't have to worry about anything with Debbie. She got the job done! read more

The Best Realtor in Milpitas to San Jose. I have recently been helping Debbie Giordano get more exposure on the internet through her website. In doing so, I realized that I was actually one of Debbie's testimonials since Debbie helped us to find and buy our house. My wife and I can't express how happy we are with our house. I can't believe our luck in finding Debbie. If Debbie hadn't known about that home that was coming onto the market, I doubt we would have even known about it before it was sold. Also, Debbie dealt with the original home owners. Without her management of the situations and also her solutions to their many issues, I would have been too frustrated to think. I am positive that the only reason I am a happy home owner today is because of Debbie Giordano. My wifes opinion is that I'm not giving Debbie enough credit even with that statement. I've seen and listened to some Yelps in the past. Yelpers tend to be dead on with restaurants and the like. I'm happy to be telling this true happening of myself and my getting the home of my dreams. I used Debbie Giordano to sell my home in Milpitas last November and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. For me Debbie Giordano stood out the best has to offer. Her ranking is excellent. Her social media presence was strong with her videos on the internet. I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. I spoke with Debbie on the phone and then met with her at my home. She spent time with me answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sells, how long the listings typically stay on the market. I was concerned that my house, which had an in-ground pool would be tough to sell during this pandemic. Debbie stepped in and took out all the stress and handled everything. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly with my concerns. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps by having professional photographs taken and staging my home and a lot more. When I saw my listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing. I had multiple offers for my house. I was very happy with all Debbie did to get my house sold as fast as it did. She listed my home in November and I accepted an offer/closed in December. I was very satisfied. Debbie went above and beyond the call of duty on this closing. Oh and she saved me a ton of money because of her low commission rates. Debbie, thank you, thank you for your exceptional service during my house sale. It was a pleasure working with you. I couldn't be happier. Happy New Year. Love you. read more

Dear Prospective Homeowners & Home-sellers: It is our immense pleasure to recommend Debbie Giordano as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique life situation or is considering selling. We were comfortable in our Milpitas home for half a decade, but a career opportunity came upon us. Thus, we had to relocate to Southern California and sell our home. Because we are 500 miles away from Milpitas, we had to email a plethora of extensive interview questions to half a dozen real estate agents specializing in selling homes in Milpitas. We wanted to make sure the real estate agent we picked had fine written skills. Debbie took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly via email with courtesy, politeness, completion and clarification. She didn't beat around the bush, or just sent us sloppy answers on the fly. We could tell she took the time to answer every expressed and unexpressed FAQs. It wasn't scripted or ersatz. Not only was she outstanding in responding to emails and texts, but it was profoundly evident that her written skills were top-notch. With inclination, one of us flew up and met up with Debbie in person. In the only face-to face meeting, Debbie took diligent notes regarding our specific needs and requisites in the sale of our home. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly show us the range that our home should be priced in the sale. We found Debbie to be a highly attentive agent, possessing the excellence in execution & elocution (she communicates effectively and eliminates any doubts/confusion/misunderstandings. We knew she would engage buyers and buyers' agents confidently) She returned all phone calls and emails the same day with precision and promptness. We never experienced any neglect or felt unimportant. She is truly personable with an engaging personality. Integrity is embedded in her business practice, and Debbie was very honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our home to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. A genuine master with the selling/buying homes, Debbie had a vision on how to stage the home, make necessary minor repairs and how to make buyers truly happy (within budget parameters.) Throughout this long distance, she managed to sell our home for an excellent price, especially in a competitive market situation. She knows Milpitas and its surround areas like the back of her hand. There is nothing that escapes Debbie's attention when it comes to buying/selling property in the area. We are pleased to recommend Debbie Giordano to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business (she possesses this uncanny organic sales-sagacity in real estate) in our opinion, and if we ever need to move again (or buy back in the Milpitas & its surround areas) she will be our first choice in real estate agents. We've long known Master Brokers' Debbie Giordano by reputation through her many years of pubic service in Milpitas as councilwoman and mayoral candidate as well as a successful business leader and expert in local real estate. Hence, when we needed a broker to sell our house Debbie was the obvious choice. When our house listed the market was stumbling a bit but Debbie's marketing strategy of targeted pricing and multimedia publicity set the stage for a highly successful round of open-houses which produced multiple offers within two weeks! But that's not the end of the story. Incredibly, 29 days later on the eve of escrow-closing our buyers withdrew for personal reasons! A rare twist to be sure but nonetheless, what to do?? Undaunted, Debbie re-listed our house the same day with an open house scheduled for the following weekend, contacted within 24 hours those brokers that had made backup offers and put the word out to her extensive network of brokers that our house was again available. We had another offer within two days! Great job Debbie!! read more

My parents had lived in their Milpitas house for 40 yrs. and after my mom was on her own she took the big step to sell her home, a home that had deep roots and memories for all of my family. My dad always said if they ever sold their home he'd want Debbie to sell it! And that she did. The house was put on the market a couple of weeks prior to Covid-19 SIP and we immediately knew there'd be challenges. However, with Debbie's knowledge of the Milpitas market and her years of real estate savvy, inspite of some of the SIP challenges, she sold my mom's home in 2 wks.! We couldn't have been happier with her ongoing commitment and drive to sell my mom's home under the most trying times. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Debbie helped us find our new home in Sunnyvale. While Sunnyvale is off the beaten path for her, she went right to work and found us a couple of homes that fit our criteria. Getting a new home for the right (as low as possible) price is often a challenge but Debbie was up the challenge. She hung in there with us until the deal was complete. Above and beyond was offering us the use of her moving truck. I had the pleasure of working with Debbie when I decided to sell my house in Milpitas. One of first things she did was to put my mind at ease that she would help me get through it and get things done, She proposed we do an open house three weeks later, and even though I had my doubts about being ready, thanks to Debbie's suggestions, we had a great open house with many potential buyers. Debbie was incredibly helpful in making minor but noticeable changes that made the house more attractive. Once we had our buyer, we were offered $25k over our asking price, which we accepted. I know that had I used another Realtor, I would have been stressed out and there's no way the house would have showed nearly as well. Both myself and the buyer are very happy, and I would definitely use Debbie again. She was a pleasure to work with and we started getting offers almost immediately. I give Debbie Giordano the highest recommendation. She has years of experience in real estate and is an expert in the Milpitas area market. Even before we met in person, I was impressed by how quickly she responded to emails and phone calls. She is honest, professional, patient and no-nonsense, yet such a warm person and very easy to talk to. And her team and resources! They are top notch. I couldn't believe the level of organization and speed with which they transformed my older home into such a gem. The painters, handyman, landscapers, stager and photographer did wonders, were friendly people, and the price couldn't be beat! Debbie even offers a complimentary moving truck that one can use, which I did and it saved me so much time and money. My home sold SO QUICKLY and for WAY above the asking price. We hired Debbie for selling our house in Milpitas and we are so glad we did. We new Debbie was one of the best agents in the whole Milpitas area and it did not take long for us to see why. Soon after we contacted her to explain our project, we received a detailed package at our house, with complete market report, and details on the overall process. Debbie came up with a plan of action, schedule, and estimation in a very short amont of time and she has been on top of everything from the beginning to the end. Being a long term resident of Milpitas, she obviously knows the area, knows how to adapt to the market and takes the right decisions at the right time She is also working with the bests. The staging of the house and professional pictures looked amazing and surely contributed to the success of the sale! She did an awesome job with advertising the house through local news paper, post cards, and flyers. We only had to open the house for one day, and she got us multiple offers above asking price. From signing the offer to closing the deal, we often forget that there is a lot of work needed, and we are so glad Debbie was here through that process, There were many steps involved and for first time home sellers or buyers, it could quickly become overwhelming. having the right agent is critical during that phase and Debbie helped up to go through it and take the right decisions. Overall, Debbie gave us her full attention, and made us feel that we were exclusives. She was available anytime we needed her, and was very patient.
