--- Buyer Beware: A Cautionary Tale I've been in my home a little over 2 1/2 years. What I thought…read morewas the of my dreams--a custom home--quickly turned into a nightmare. I went $140,000 over budget, only to be left with something that barely qualifies as average, the work of what I can only describe as a fly-by-night contractor. The list of issues is long: A broken bathtub that was never fixed A shower that won't drain An unfinished living room A fireplace that was never completed A cheap, rushed paint job And much more... I share this not out of spite, but as a warning. If you're considering building with this company, please do your homework. You deserve transparency, quality, and integrity--none of which I received. If you're thinking about buying or building with this contractor, I invite you to reach out. I'd be more than willing to show you firsthand what I've been left with. My hope is that you'll find a truly accomplished builder--one who treats their clients with the respect and care we all deserve. -- A Disappointed Buyer

I am extremely happy to have worked with Chris Laraway and EVERGREEN HOMES, Inc. When I first sat…read moredown with Chris he listened intently and I could tell had a deep understanding of what it was I was trying to accomplish. My project was much more than just new, custom construction. I had a number of unique (perhaps even quirky) needs and preferences. Though he understood the project from a big picture perspective, I am most appreciative that he never lost sight of the individual details that were important to me. He "got" the project and as such made many invaluable contributions in our interaction of bouncing ideas off one another. He was engaged in the project from start to finish. The end result is an architectural masterpiece. I could neither be happier nor more appreciative.

In fact, several of her ideas that I initially scoffed at were proven to be correct after inspection of the property. I highly recommend Kristin and northridge for your new build and remodeling needs.

We had her create a landscape design for our new home's back yard and are extremely happy. She made multiple trips to our home, spending time walking the property discussing our likes/dislikes. She provided numerous plant and design options to choose from based upon our criteria as we worked towards a final design. The final product included not only a design map, but a full spreadsheet list of plants, size, estimated cost and even the nursery/locations to get them. It was a great experience and we're very grateful for Koti and what she did for us.

It wasn't even this clean when we moved in and the previous owners had it "deep cleaned" and staged. Walking around the house, I keep noticing things like edges of my counters, bottom of my sink, top edges of my baseboards, etc. where I had no idea they were so dirty until OCD cleaned it real well. Now there are things sparkling inside the house that I didn't even realize sparkled. We've tried a lot of cleaners in the area and, while they were better than nothing, we have been underwhelmed at the quality of work for the price we were paying. OCD actually lives up to his name and we hope to have him back regularly!
