Its been almost 8 weeks since I returned the shoes and when I call I am only told that "They have been ordered". WTH? I called to make an appointment and I was seen in less than a week. The doctor and his staff were professional, yet warm and friendly, quickly making sure that I was comfortable and at ease. He and his staff answered all of my questions with efficiency and knowledge, inviting me to ask whatever might be troubling me. The appointment itself was quick and to the point without being rushed. Dr. Cindric gave me several strategies that I could use to relieve my foot pain and insisted that surgery was something we should avoid until we have exhausted all of the other options. A follow-up appointment was available and scheduled when it was convenient for me. At no point was I scolded for my actions which may or may not have exacerbated my condition. After my prior experience with another podiatrist, I was wary about what I might encounter, but Dr. Cindric put my concerns to rest. As long as I live in this area and require podiatry services, Dr. Cindric will be my doctor.

Performing a procedure that required numbing my toe first but she refused because "I don't have time." She couldn't care less about me writhing in pain while she cut away at the nail. Then she just left. No follow up info or even a lousy bandaid. I can't speak for her husband but I would never go near that place again. Staff was rude to elderly patients as well.

I was told that I should be on crutches and Dr. Montgomery would see me as soon as he returned from vacation. When I called to confirm the appointment, the receptionist told me that they would be working through lunch for me. When I showed up to the appointment time that they had selected, the doctor was not present. The receptionist explained that they took longer at lunch than expected. She proceeded to tell me that she was working an 11-hour day. After 20 minutes of waiting for Dr. Montgomery to return to the office, I expressed my displeasure to the receptionist who told me that she would not allow her adult sons to speak to her in the fashion that I was and that she was trying to maintain professional conduct. Apparently, complaining about the length of her work day and comparing me to her children counted as professional conduct. At that point, I asked her to please refund my copay. She explained that they were "not hurting for clients" and that she had never had to give a refund before. At no point did I receive an apology for the lateness of the doctor or the rudeness of his receptionist.

Dr.Echard and his podiatry team are awesome. Very good at their jobs. The doctor has done a few…read moresurgeries on me. All successful. Also I'm diabetic so he cuts my toenails. He and his staff are professional but very nice too. And Dr. Echard is easy on the eyes too!
