I love, love, lovee Dr. Ky Le! I personally think he has terrific bedside manner and he was…read moreincredibly patient with my questions/concerns during each visit. He was helping me with my weight loss journey and was also my PCP for a short time. Unfortunately, I had to find another provider because my work shift had changed and Primary Care Plus isn't open on the weekends and they close relatively early. I try to refer him to as many people as I can because I truly believe he is the best and is very much invested in seeing his patients succeed and thrive. The Office is pretty big and it's always clean. The Staff is friendly, I really always enjoyed when Jade would help me. Hopefully one day I can go back to him, I'm satisfied with the care I'm receiving at the new place but the difference is night and day.

I do not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this office based on my experience…read more I initially came in for significant shoulder and spine pain. X-rays were ordered, but the results were never properly explained or reviewed with me in a meaningful way. Instead, I was quickly recommended a steroid injection in my shoulder and was told it would resolve the issue. I was even told he would give the same injection to his own wife if she were in my condition, which strongly influenced my decision to proceed. I moved forward based on that confidence. At one point, a lower lumbar steroid injection was also suggested, but I declined that treatment. I also specifically asked if I could continue going to the gym and was told "no problem." Based on that guidance, I signed up for a one-year gym membership and paid for a personal trainer. Within a few months, my pain returned and worsened. I scheduled a follow-up appointment on 10/22/2025 but waited approximately 55 minutes with no communication or update. I ultimately left without being seen. Despite this, my insurance (HMAA) was still billed for the visit, which I am now disputing. The office environment also raised concerns. The practice is located in a retail-style complex rather than a traditional medical setting, and the front desk area felt disorganized and overcrowded, with multiple staff members/helpers gathered around the main desk without a clearly structured office setup. I also had concerns about patient privacy during check-in. During my visit, at one point, the doctor took out his phone and showed me information about another patient he had assisted, which felt completely unrelated to my care. The only positive part of my experience was one medical assistant (a young male staff member), who was professional, respectful, and efficient. After seeking a second opinion, I was advised to immediately stop going to the gym. That physician identified a significant calcium deposit in my shoulder (about the size of an almond) and ordered further imaging, including an MRI, I had a lavage treatment to remove the almond-sized calcification. I was also informed I have lumbar stenosis (L1 and L2), which had not been clearly explained to me previously, and I was referred to physical therapy. Looking back, I regret not trusting my instincts about Dr. Ky Le and his office from the start. I also feel that the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm was not reflected in my care. My condition worsened and I ultimately required further treatment after his care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this practice.

The pediatricians that take care of my kids are very knowledgable and caring. At first they saw Dr. Paul Chan. He was excellent talking to children and parents, and suggested certain shots for them to take and gave sound advice. Unfortunately, he retired and now my son goes to Dr. Ryan Chung. He is also very nice and will explain thoroughly if we have any questions. Although appointments are always scheduled far in advance, they will fit us in when they can if my kids are sick, and I am reminded by email or text for appts scheduled far in advance. The front desk is always on it and if I have a question, the assistant or doctor will call within a day, usually after or close to closing. If their primary dr is off, there are 2 others that cover so I don't have to wait or find another doctor. They have a 2 story play area for little kids, and a hand sanitizer in the waiting room as well. Paid parking is in the building, but I always shop at pearlridge so I park at the pearlridge parking lot instead.

That means if you already have a child--even just one, like me & want to switch to a closer doctor, HE WON'T TAKE YOU. Staff says he's unable to take new patients because he's "full"... however he would take me if my son was unborn? Full-of-bologna. What happens to families who relocate? Or are seeking better/closer care? EVERY CHILD DESERVES ACCESS TO CARE, NO MATTER WHEN THEY WERE BORN. His policy makes it really hard for parents who need care now. This tells me that some families are less worthy of care based on timing, NOT NEED. This kind of policy (which I've never heard of) may help manage his schedule & maybe he's looking out only for his own convenience, but it feels unfair to families who aren't expecting but still need support. They won't even give you a chance, they don't care, so don't bother calling.

I had scheduled an appt for a consult and my baby was born before I could meet Dr. Taniguchi. He came to meet me in the hospital and established care at 1.5 days old. That was over 14 years ago. He is very responsive, accommodating, understanding and an amazing doctor/co-parent to my boys.
