The home sold in less than 30 days for about $25k more than their recommended listing price. I am accustomed to a 3% listing commission and 3% selling commission. Stephen Cooley wanted 3.5% and 2.5% to the selling broker. I told him that this did not work for me, and in my opinion, the selling broker does the majority of the work in the transaction. Their communication was awful during the process. The fact that the home sold so quickly had nothing to do with Stephen Cooley Real Estate. There are much better companies in Ft Mill, Rock Hill and Charlotte. All that can say is that I will never use this company again.

The house has 1.5 BA not 3BA like his listing states. The house is under 1200 square feet, not 1,880 square feet like his listing states. As the sellers we won't want to waste buyers time, or their agents time in coming to walk thru the house - when what is showing on the MLS listing is far from accurate. Find an agent who is professional. Who wants your business. Who does their job correctly, and one who doesn't blame the sellers when the MLS listing is far from accurate. This Agent is far from who you want to sell your largest investment !!!
