You can walk their gardens or enjoy a hot drink out on the grounds. The chef is very creative and the quality and presentation of their dishes is outstanding, even for European cuisine. Had scallops, lamb, liver pate, braised pork, Roast duck ... We usually opt for the chef's choice 2 course lunch menu $25 per person, which is a great deal for this place! The schnitzel in sauce is a good sized portion. The shnitzel was a bit over-cooked making it a bit tough. The frites were nice and crispy. The side salad was also nice but a bit on the 'tiny' side I thought. The pepper sauce had a generous portion of peppercorns giving it that wonderful little kick. The Norwegian salmon was excellent. Well cooked with a tasty hollandaise sauce. A generous portion of those crispy frites. Good meal with the tough shnitzel being the only down side..
