De Nieuwe Linde is situated outside the hot spot of 't Zuid but it doesn't make it less desirable. They were celebrating their first anniversary so there was a big display outside, sharing a terrace with the empanadas bar Buenos Aires (right next door). And I loved it so much I had to go back the day after, when I Shazamed (does that word even exist?) almost every song they played. The environment is bohemian, bizarre, laid-back, funky... all at the same time. We were very full after a pretty big dinner the last night so we couldn't handle many bollekes anymore.
