A pleasant spot to grab a beer and watch the football. I dropped in here to watch the Spain-Chile…read moregame with friends (which sadly did not go so well for Spain) and the place was heaving by kick-off. They have one TV, but it's up nice and high so can be seen from all over the bar. The drinks are pretty standard - Estrella Galicia is the only beer, they do some mixed drinks and a handful of wines. Service is relatively attentive. They also do food, which was perhaps the most notable point of the bar. It's a Gallician bar, so they have some Northern dishes on the menu... their calamari was good and I'm told the chopitos (baby squid) are excellent. But the free tapas with our drinks was... interesting... I'm not sure what it was called in Spanish, but I'm going for tortilla con ketchup... an instant classic!
