First thing I notice is how quiet it is. The front of the house along the street is half full (seems good to me for a Sunday night) but there is NO energy. Not that I expect them to be jumping around..just quiet
Menu provides the best variety I have seen in Schoorl outside of Merlet and they have three fish dishes..impressive and four meat options along with the expected soups and carpaccio.
Unfortunately, like a bad tourist I failed To collect more euros in route so you will hear about my soup and kip sate. : D
Tomato soup was fair..somewhat in the middle of the ones I have had so no complaints there. Kip Sate was fair as well with good peanut sauce and good potion. Frits were somewhat bland to be honest but not bad enough to not sample :)
Next time I'll delve a little deeper into the menu and perhaps provide a revised review. read more
