Klacht bekend geen andere tafel beschikbaar Nog 2 keer melding gedaan. Ook aan een meisje wat er net haar eerste dag werkte. En komt met het verhaal precies zo als haar collega's ook al hadden gedaan geen plek en klacht bekend. Dus helaas. Moeten maar door eten want er is geen oplossing. Bij vertek toch maar weer ons ongenoegen melden. En wat schetst onze verbazing. Hadden bij de Bali moeten komen en melden dan hadden we ons geld terug gekregen.. Wattttt is ja 3 keer ja 3 keer gemeld maar niet na 2 uur eten.. wat wij wel niet dachten. Ja hoevaak moet je melden. En dat heet vertrouwen in de mensen. En nu dit. Ja ik weet van niks. Ohhhh dus personeel liegt alle 3 dus los van elkaar. Nee dat zeg ik niet zeg ik niet. Jawel dat doe je wel. Want 3 keer melding en dat toch zo blijven vol houden. Waardeloos. En dan krijg je een tegoedbon aangebonden van 15 euro. Nou nou. Steek die maar in je reet Echt. Nog nooit zo slecht behandeld. Ben blij dat er heel veel mensen stonden en het verhaal ook geven meegekregen. Wij hebben ons verhaal al bij de ombudsman gemeld en ook naar het programma kassa. Want dit mag echt iedeeen weten. Hoe jullie je klanten maar ook je personeel behandelen. Tis niet voor niks dat je zo vaak nieuwe gezichten bij jullie ziet. Maar ons verhaal gaat ook op elke beoordelingssite. Vandaag taken up the whole second floor. We arrived with a filled parking lot, reservations were made and we basically just walked right in after the tables were paid for. I'm surprised how big the location was. The dining area is so large, and there are several private rooms and a smoking room available. There were seven small kitchens (stations) that have their own specialty. Everything from Sushi, Italian, Grill, and Wok. All the stations has some items ready or grabbing or you can order it and have it done fish. I had to had some help from my friends ordering since a lot of the kitchens aren't able to speak any English.The grill has some really awesome spare ribs. The seafood section even has a nice selection of fish and I had a couple of seared scallops. Even the desert station is nice. There's crepes and all kinds of cookies and cakes. Creme Brulee is made fresh on the spot. Like any typical buffet, they have the typical deep fried foods. Then there's the small kitchens that make food on demand. You are able to grab soda by the bottle or even the fountain. Also they were refreshing the food even though I showed up around 3 PM. You pay for the food by weight and so it's really up to you how much you spend. I posted the dishes I bought with the receipt so you can get a sense for lunch and dessert. They also have some other desserts that are sold by the piece but there are desserts by the pound as well.
