Make sure you check the website http://www.puremarkt.nl/locaties_puremarkt.html for the location of the market. They change!
On the first what happened to be a warm day, it was +21 C on Sunday afternoon we found ourselves wandering through the stalls of the market.
There are so many vendors and so much food to choose from.
Wine merchants and rotisserie chicken, amazing Spanish sausages and jamon, sheep milk cheese and oysters.
There are some merchants that sell some trinkets and clothing, but not a lot.
We had a picnic blanket with us, and indulged on cheese and cured meats and wine of course!
The market got a bit crowded but if you are relaxed and have nowhere to be this is a perfect lazy Sunday activity. Plus side - you don't have to cook a dinner :)
Majority of the merchants accept PIN cards, but a few were only accepting cash.
Bring a water bottle with you, there are water fountains you can refill it with. And don't forget sunblock and sunglasses.
For the kids, there is a big playground area behind the market and for the fancy outing, there is a mini-golf course too. read more
