These guys know what they are doing. We had a problem with our washing machine and in less than 30…read moreminutes they fixed it. They are respectable, kind, and have great customer service. They weren't stone faced or serious to a point where they are intimidating. They have a great sense of humor. Once they were done, one man said "now you have some clothes to wash ma'am" and we laughed. Our washer works and we have no issues. Obviously we don't want anything else to happen with our washer but if something does then we would definitely give them a call again.
